    Adare's Boutique stated that they would charge purchases upon shipment. For years I bought items from them, growing used to waiting several weeks to receive my orders. In 2024, amidst my purchasing a new condo and moving, I realized my orders were going unfulfilled. I assumed I was not being charged for the items I never received. Between 4 March 24 and 2 July 24, I ordered ******* worth of ******** was not until last summer that I was able to check online and discover that the Website for Adare's had been wiped of all content: I couldn't even reconstruct my order history. Sadly, the business seemed defunct. What I did not then realize: Adare's had indeed charged my Mastercard for the entire *******--all for merchandise I never received.When I tried to pursue this through my credit card company, ***************, I got shuffled around representatives, my call dropped. I understand I made mistakes, not checking my statements sooner, trusting a company I thought I knew. I wanted to support a small women-owned business, and now I wonder how I could have been such a fool.This shouldn't happen to anyone.

    I ordered 3 items from this business on June 3, 2024. I had previously made purchases from them without any issues. This time, they charged my Mastercard credit card for the full amount of $148.75 one day after I placed the order. It is now October 9, 2024, and I still have not received my items. I have called the business several times. I have emailed them several times. They have never returned my calls or emails. At this point, I just want them to return my money. Thank you.

    I ordered 3 article of clothing online on 8-11-24 and paid $150.30. After a couple weeks I emailed them, and received a email stating that someone would follow up in 1-2 business days. That did not happen. I have called and left a message, no response.

    I placed an order with Adare's Boutique on May 16, 2024. I have not received the merchandise but was charged for it when the order was placed. I have contacted the company multiple times over the last few months. On July 10, 2024, I was told that the order was shipping the week of July 15, 2024. I sent another email on August 27, 2024, and was told that someone would get back to me within 2 days. I have not heard anything from the company. I tried calling today and my call went into an answering machine and the machine was full, I could not leave a message. I am concerned that the business has closed. I would like a refund if I cannot receive the merchandise. Thank you.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  I have tried to call and the answering machine is full.  I could not leave a message and no one picks up the call.  I have sent emails and get a standard response that someone will get back to me within 48 hours but I have not received any communication from this business.  They still have my money and I have not received the merchandise, nor have I received a refund.  Thank you

    I placed 2 orders totally ****** for womens clothing with this store on line in Oct 2023. I returned some of the merchandise and was given a store credit for the rest. After spending some of the credit I have a balance of $321.35. I placed an order on June 3rd totaling $301.70. The order number is *****.I have sent several emails, ******** messages and even phoned and left a voicemail trying to find out the status of my order. In all that time I have had 1 response which was at the beginning of July stating that the order would ship on the 17th. It never did. No one has answered any of my attempts to reach them.Since I have had this credit I have tried to order on a few occasions and I have to continually ask where my order is before anything is sent! It takes several weeks! Since no one will even respond to me anymore I would just like my $321.35 returned to me.

    I have made 5 purchases with this store on line since early May. They started offering huge savings on items for several weeks. To this date June 18, I have not received a single item. They dont answer their phone and dont return emails I have spent over $200 and have nothing to show for it. I will contact my credit card today for help. But please do so something to stop this store for committing fraud

    Ordered earrings from Adares Boutique on 3/29/2024 for total of $109.74. Order status on website states last update 04/09/2024 - awaiting fulfillment. I had e-mailed them requesting status. I then left a message with their answering service at least a week or more ago. I have called the business twice, each employee stating only ******** can check order status - that they dont have the security level to check on my order but will have her call me (she has been unavailable each time I call.). I have left 3 messages on their website inquiring as to my order status also. None of my e-mails, calls, web messages have been returned. I want my earrings right away or my card refunded for $109.74.

    On May 1, 2024 I ordered a pair of pants from Adare's Boutique and paid a total of $109.50 (order #*****). I was not told that the pants were not in stock. I began to get several marketing emails a day, but nothing regarding the order. I followed up with an inquiry email and heard nothing. The order email stated awaiting fulfilment. About the May 10th I started calling and was told I needed to speak with ********. After about 15 or so phone calls I still have not found her available for a variety of reasons. I am told that only she has information about the order and no one else can help me. My credit card was charged $109.50 on May 1st, but I still do not have the pants or any reason for why my account was charged when they obviously did not have the merchandise. This seems to be to be at the least very poor customer service and at the worst it is fraud. It is now May 22nd and I know nothing about the status of the order. Please let me know if I can provide any further information and I will be most grateful for any assistance you can give me.

    On 4/21/24 I placed an online order (#*****) totaling $253.50 which was immediately charged to my credit card. This was my 3rd order being placed and the first two were received without incident.I messaged the company via a live chat on 4/26 asking when my order would be sent out as I was hoping to have them before my planned vacation. They responded that they were scheduled to be sent out the week of 4/29/24.On 5/3/24 I still had not received an email notification that my order was sent and the web site stated that my order was still awaiting fulfillment.On 5/3 I again started a live chat asking why my items were still not sent. I was messaged that they could not respond to this inquiry and ended the chat.On 5/6/24 sent another message via chat requesting when items would be sent (this chat wasnt live, but I was sent a transcript of of the chat via email assuring me that they would get back to me within 2 business days or less. No response.On 5/8/24 sent another message via chat. Again, was sent a transcript of the chat via email assuring me they would get back to me within 2 business days. No response. 5/8/24 I also sent them a separate email requesting my order be sent by 5/10/24 or I will be contact the BBB.No response.As my order was never updated on website and still stated awaiting fulfillment I called the store on 5/10/24. Spoke with receptionist who said Let me see if ******** is available. She returned to the phone to say She seems to be with a customer. I left my full name, callback number, order number and explained that I left several unanswered messages regarding my order and requested callback that day. No response.My order remains unfulfilled and I want my $253.50 refunded.
