    I ordered nunchucks for my son and I was told to put in the comments how I wanted them customized. The item I received was not how I wanted them. I contacted the company, and they explained that the way i put it in the comments they thought I wanted the reverse nunchucks. So, I told them I was willing to order again if they could offer a discount and make them the way I wanted. I was offered my shipping cost to be refunded after I made my purchase and it shipped. I have received the new nunchucks and they were made the same way the first ones were made, and I never received my shipping cost. I was told I would get a check in the mail. I contacted the company again about them not being made the way I wanted, and they have yet to respond. The product itself is a great quality product so I am willing to keep them, but I want half my money back since they can't get my order right. The way I wanted my nunchucks is one aqua and one orange. They keep sending me half aqua and half orange. It is very difficult to talk to anyone at this company and the only way I have been able to talk to someone is by ******** messenger. I wish things would have gone differently because my son loves their product, but I will have to order elsewhere. Since the item isn't what I wanted I would like a refund of half the money and that includes the shipping. I included pictures of how I wanted the nunchucks (single nunchuck picture) and how the nunchucks arrived (picture of 2 nunchucks). I also sent these same pictures to the business on 9/18/23.

    This business is awful. I ordered a martial arts product for my grandson on September 8, 2022, paid for rush processing and expedited shipping, and as of today, October 27, 2022, we have not received the product. I have repeatedly emailed the company for answers, I have not received a response. I call and there is either no answer, or I get a busy signal. We paid a total of $240.53. The last email I sent which was October 24, 2022, I asked for a refund, and still no one has answered me. We were ripped off.
