- All services provided by Vanity Inceptions are tailor made to the specific condition of each surface and the particular needs of each client. Before any work is approved, we provide free written estimates that explain the recommended restoration options so that clients can choose the proposal that best fits their property and budget. Each estimate is valid for fifteen days from the date it is issued, unless otherwise stated in writing.Because restoration work is performed on site and time is specifically reserved for each client, the deposit required to schedule a service date is not refundable once the appointment has been confirmed. Payments for completed services are also not refundable. Select services include a one year warranty that covers workmanship issues as described in the written proposal. Any service concern submitted within the warranty period will be evaluated and addressed according to these terms.
