      I have been a client of Alma Financial Assistance since 2017 and I had no problems wirh their service, until August 2024. They stopped forwarding my payments to ************* and have witheld my last 5 payments covering August thru December 2024 monthly dues, as per our financial assist agreement. The total of this withheld money is $4,440. I have constantly called their offices in ******* ** and in *********** without success. I have sent voicemails, email and a letter, but still no response or information as to what ocurred for their noncompliance of agreement. I also noticed that they eliminated their website. I request a refund of this money so I may continue to cover my debts with ************* directly with them.

      I'm enrolled on the **** Financial debt management program for more than 6 years. On 11/25/24, **************************** notified me in writing that payments have not been received since 08/09/24, for loan Account Num *****************. I have been paying **** Financial as agreed monthly for the amount of $253. ************* is claiming I owed them about $901.29, which I have already paid through **** financial. Refer to supporting documents.

      My mom has been with **** Financial for about two years, and recently, the credit cards have been calling her and saying that they have not received the payments. We tried to call **** Financial at *******************-622-0794 and ************ and with no luck.

      We had a deal to put 2 credit card debts unto 1 monthly payment. I made paymentes for the amount of $1,540 and my credut cards providers tells me no payment have been made and **** finance doesnt answer the calls or the mails.

      On September of 2023, ************** *********************** ***** contacted Alma Financial Assistance Corp to enroll in a monthly payment program administered by the corporation for two accounts: Citibank MasterCard, and Discover. Based on the initial information provided by **************** *****, Alma Financial Assistance Corp established a monthly payment plan for those accounts and submitted the letters of proposal to Citibank and Discover. The proposed monthly payment plan was approved by those creditors. ************** *********************** ***** remained in the monthly payment plan until February of 2024, when the last monthly payment within the consumers payment plan was received by Alma Financial Assistance Corp. Since then, Alma Financial Assistance Corp. has not received further payments within the monthly payment plan approved for **************** *****.
      As for the allegations made by **************** ***** in his complaint, Alma Financial Assistance Corp has confirmed with Citibank and Discover that the monthly payments disbursed by Alma Financial Assistance Corp to those creditors in accordance with the consumers monthly payment plan, were received and posted on the corresponding accounts.
      It could be possible that ************** *********************** ***** has confused Alma Financial Assistance Corp with another agency that he might be currently dealing with.
