1 starThere is a lot of gaslighting going on in this “company’s” replies to complaints. I was a member of this club since it started. Back then it was too good to be true, and once they realized that, they made changes which took it from amazing to not bad. One of the biggest perks was the longer you were a member the more of your “cruise dollars” you could use for your cruises. Once you were a member for 5 years you could use ALL the money you had accumulated, any time you booked a cruise. It will surprise NO ONE, that as soon as founding members were about to hit 5 years, they completely changed the structure AGAIN. To something so bad it was not longer worth it. So after committing as a member, long term, they cut you off right before you hit peak value. Don’t let them tell you these changes were “needed to provide a better experience for all of our Members”. Because speaking as a member they were WORSE! It was all about THEIR bottom line. Not only did they change the structure of the benefits. Some major cruise lines were no longer offered. When the club started you could book with pretty much any cruise line. But after these latest changes that was not the case, what did they know that we didn’t? Now even though this was a “cruise” club, they also started adding hotels, which they want to say was a great thing, but you can find way better hotel deals many other ways. I personally got a lot of value out of the club before April 2022, but I had to put up with terrible customer service. No way to call anyone. You had to send a “ticket” and hope someone got back to you. If you have an emergency, forget it. I did get notice about the change and I used up as many “Cruise Dollars” as I could and then left. Of course the way they are set up there was no way to get to a zero balance, so I left a little money on the table. So in closing. You might as well put your $100 in a savings account, and skip this mess of a membership club, because the “savings” is an illusion.inGroup International LLC

So, we are unable to verify this person's statement. In any event, we are sorry to hear that ***** is unhappy with our membership model. We made changes after much deliberation and consideration for the benefit of the membership as a whole and the business of the club. The changes have been very well received by the large majority of our members and we are certain that they were a good move for us. Again, we are sorry to hear that ***** is unhappy. 1 starI was about to book a hotel in Hawaii expecting that I will be able to use all of my reward points only to find out that I can only use $246 out of my $2400 2 for 1 reward point. The business model is too good to be true! I will never promote and use it!inGroup International LLC

Hello, we are certainly sorry that Aileen is disappointed. We are unclear as to why as we make very clear on our website and in our company Membership documents that Reward Points are available for use to book hotel stays in amounts that are determined on a case by case basis per booking. At no time have we indicated that all available Reward Points can be used for a hotel booking. The fact does remain, however, that Aileen and everyone else who uses our system will be able to save money on these bookings. 1 starI have always paid on time my membership through over three years. I have a little over $2,000 dollars invested with Incruises. Now that the company had changed the rules about the 2:1 and 1:1 we do not want to continue with the program. We would like our refund. We do not wish to move forward with Incruises. It is only fair to the company to make rules that benefit the organization and not the customer. We would like our full refund at this time.inGroup International LLC

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to respond. We are confused at this negative review. We made changes to our membership program last year and they were implemented on April 1, 2022. Prior to making those changes, we provided all of our members with several months' advance notice of the changes. At that time, members were offered an opportunity to receive at least a partial refund. ************** did not accept this offer and continued with the membership program. Our records indicate that ************** took advantage of our membership program by booking a cruise through our platform in December 2022 and all indications are that ************** went on that cruise. Our refund policy is clearly stated in our membership agreement that ************** agreed to and we feel that it is important that our agreement be recognized and upheld. We are sorry that ************** is unhappy and we remain confused as to why. We hope that he will remain a member of our club and continue to take advantage of the benefits it offers. 1 starThe only 5 star review is from someone before they "conveniently" changed the terms without a new member agreement. This company has turned from a great cruise company where my family and I traveled for half the cost because we were able to fully use 100% of our cruise credits for all of our cruises. We have been members for 5 years, and last year they changed the terms without official notice (besides a webinar) and explained that it was within their rights within the original contract that we signed 5 years ago. They went from us being able to use 100% of our credit toward a cruise (to pay nothing) to using only 50% of our credit that required us to pay half for every cruise even though we have thousands that we've contributed. After complaining to support about the **********, I was deceived into thinking that by canceling my membership and converting from 2:1 rewards to 1:1 reward would be most beneficial to me, but the 1:1 rewards (meaning I have $1 for every $1 I put in) can only apply 10-25% of the benefit per cruise. They were not up front about that new rule and I only found out after I canceled my membership and converted my points. This company has turned into an absolute scam and I highly discourage anyone from doing business with them. I was very clear that I wanted to use 100% of my points and support replied (since you can't call them) that I could use the 1:1 credit them freely which was a complete and utter lie. Since then (less than 2 weeks ago), I tried to convert my membership back to 2:1, but they are unwilling to make any changes. After so willingly wanting to refund me my last payment and convert my points, they also asked me if I wanted to delete my account (so I would lose my 1:1 points as well) why would they even ask that if they weren't intentionally trying to lose customers?The support team is extremely deceptive and the membership terms will change at any given time. Hello and thank you for the opportunity to respond. We are confused by this review as we have fully restored ******'s Reward Points and she responded to us positively. Last year we made some changes to our Membership program that we felt were needed to provide a better experience for all of our Members. The changes were implemented on April 1 and for several months before that date, we informed our Members of the upcoming changes and even provided them with an opportunity to request a refund that was at least a partial refund of what they have paid in Membership fees. We understand that there are a minority of Members who may have not liked the changes for some reason and we are sorry to see that as the very large majority of our Members have appreciated the changes and provided us with very positive feedback. The remaining fact about our Membership, in spite of any changes, is that all of our Members are able to save money on travel through our Membership program. The consistent takeaway is that we provide value and a benefit to our Members and this will continue. Again, we are sorry that ****** was unhappy and we are uncertain as to why she posted this negative review as her Membership is fully active and in good standing with all of her Reward Points.Review fromMayra C

1 starI would advise people to think twice before becoming a member of InCruises. I have been a member for 2 years and just about to cancel my membership. When I finally thought I was able to take my first cruise, I was told that I could only use on third of the of the money i have available. It sounded like a great deal when I signed on but found the organization difficult to work with. You are unable to communicate with anyone by telephone. You can only communicate with messages on their website. I found the responses to my messages to be cold and only about money. Not only that you will never see your hard-working money again. Shame on you incruises robbing the hard-working people that believe in your company and them you could not use your money whenever you want. I'm going to escalate this, is unfair that so many people is trusting this company and losing their money. Do not recommend this company is a big SCAM. Stay away from them.inGroup International LLC

Hello and thank you for the opportunity to respond. We have searched our database and are unable to find a person with this name and e-mail address in our database. We have two persons with this name in our database but the information provided by this reviewer does not correspond to the information in our database. The two persons in our database with this name have registered to receive information only and have never paid a membership fee payment. I would state in response that our Membership terms are clearly articulated in the Membership Agreement that each Member agrees to, and also are provided on our website. When a Member books a cruise, that person uses the Member's Reward Points to pay for 50% of the cruise price, every time. This does not correspond to what this reviewer is stating. Due to our "2 for 1" Reward Points model, a Member saves money EVERY TIME that Member books a cruise or hotel stay through our system. I'm not sure why this person is upset and we cannot verify that this person is a Member of our club. If we were able to identify this person in our system, we would be happy to reach out to her and see if we could resolve her concern. 1 starNo longer recomend incruises because I don't like the new 2.0 terms. the fact that i always going to pay the 50% of my reservation from my own pocket after paying my membership fee even if i have enough Rewards points previously Cruise Dollars to cover the reservation completely. They no longer give access to companies like Royal Caribbean, Celebrity and Disney.And worse still, they threaten to cancel your next cruise if you stop paying the membership, even when the cruise is already paid with your previous balance.inGroup International LLC
