    I purchase an Acorn Stairlift chair from the *** Elevator Group Corp. I pay them 50% of the total price $ ******** on 12/21/2022. I canceled the order twice for different reasons. I told them in late January/2023 to refund money paid. The agreed and told me to wait 10 days for them to get the money from *******. I communicated to them that the 10 days had passed. They said they received the money on 2/03/23. They claim to have sent me a refund check on 2/6/23. Not true check was written on 2/6/23 but mailed on 2/09/23. Check was received on 2/13/23. I attempted to cash it same day at Banco Popular in *********** they refused. I sent check to my FNBMD in *******. I got a call from bank manager that check bounced with insufficient funds. I have sent three texts to company but no one has made contact with me regarding check issues.

    El cheque se proceso hoy 28 de febrero de 2023 y el dinero debe verse reflejado en su cuenta bancaria en o antes *********** 3 ********. Hubo un error interno con la ******* de los cheques pero el cheque no ah rebotado. Tambien el abogado del **** se conunico via ********** con nosotros y se le indico lo mismo.

    Cabe recalcar que siempre estuvimos a la mayor *********** la demora de este asunto se debe a que el caballero cancelo la orden dos veces y el equipo se pidio en fabrica y el proceso no estaba en nuestras manos.

    Siempre fuimos consistentes contestando a sus textos y llamadas.
