    On August 15 2024, I was charged $704.18 by eDestinations.com website. I was purchasing a flight ticket. Once The purchase went thru, I never received a confirmation number for my reservation. Tried to contact the seller, but there is no contact information on the site. The phone number I found doing a web search ************ doesn't work.

    I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding a recent booking made through ********* platform. Upon making a reservation for a flight, the initial displayed cost was ~ 230 (The cost on momondo.com search engine even less than this). However, upon completing the reservation and payment process, I was charged a total of ~290 and an additional amount.Upon closer inspection, I discovered that this discrepancy resulted from a hidden discount named Maestro Discounts, applied when using a specific payment card.This situation is deeply troubling as it appears to be misleading and potentially fraudulent, adding an unexpected cost of over 50 euros to my final booking. Consequently, I have lost trust in their service and do not wish to make future reservations through this platform. Customers beware!I am formally requesting a thorough explanation for this discrepancy and demanding a refund of the overcharged amount.

    Hi, thank you for the job.I am Laijiang, My son named ***********. He will go abroad to study in the ** this summer. After he got the ***** I booked two tickets through the agent eSky.com (eDestinos.com) on May 18. One is from ********,***** to ***********, by ********** Airlines, next is from *********** to ***********, where the college he will go to locate in, by Alaska Airlines. The depart date is Aug 23 and Aug 25. The eSky booking number and the price was respectively ?**********? at ******USD and ?**********? at 265.32USD.After only one week, my son got message from the college that as a freshman, he need to attend school a week earlier to meet an orientation, which means he should arrive at *********** by Aug 17. So I let him apply for a date change request to the eSky. Everything that followed fell into an endless tangle.At first, the eSky customer service replied, we can change the date, but between Aug ***** no flights can choose, which didn't feed Chengyang's needs. So we checked the official websites of these two airlines, found the flights we needed on August 15 and August 17. But when we mailed to ask the customer service, the answer was, the ticket ?**********?change fee is *******USD, and the ticket?**********?can't change time. We feel this is ridiculous,the cost of this ticket exchange is more than buying a new ticket. So ********* asked can we get a refund for a certain fee? The eSky answer is ?**********?can't refund, and about the ?**********?,they are still communicating with the relevant department, which another two weeks have passed. We asked ********** Airlines also. They told us the agency has to refund the ticket for me. My ticket is refundable according to the airline's rules. And the refund service fee will be USD150 for two ways. We really can't understand how this claim is so difficult to achieve. We can accept to change the first flight to August 15 and the second flight to August 17 with reasonable costs. But no way.

    On February 23, 2023, I make a reservation on eDestinos.com to flight from **** to ****** I bought two tickets, in the process of the reservation the system collapse and I have to go back and resuming the payment. Their system makes two reservation ticket ********** and **********, I pay the total amount of $ ******** US Dollar. After the payment was processed for reservation **********, I received a second email with a new reservation ticket that need to be pay reservation number ********** I called customer services and explain the issue they removed ticket **********, but the amount now changes, and the total is $ ********. I told the ******** services that I want to cancel and get my money, because the prices offered online was $ ******** for both ticket and at the moment, I access to eDestinos.com and still show that price available while I was talking to her on the phone. After the argument the customer service told me that the money will be retendered to my account in the next 5 business day, that never happened and up today I don't get my money. yet. I attached all call record on 02/23/2023 I spend 60 minutes to resolve the issue. I try to contact them on 02/27/2023 I try to call several times, but they do not answer my phone. On 02/28/2023 they finally answer the phone, and they told me they refund has not been process and I request to talk to the department in charge. But they were not available and customer services told me I have to wait for the refund. Today is 03/30/2023 I am still don't get the refund.

    I bought a flight tickets for me and my son through this website, I accidentally selected the wrong date which was sep 27 2022 from ****** ******** to ******* **. I meant to buy those tickets for August 27 2022 not September. Immediately I sent an email asking for the cancellation, they never reply back to me. I went to spirit airlines website and I cancelled the flight through them because we were supposed to be flying with that airlines. They sent to me the cancelation noticed and the reimbursement was made to *********. I never got the reimbursement in my credit card. Ive been waiting for more than 2 with no answers from this company. I need help to get my reimbursement. Thanks in advance
