      January 4, 2024 I purchased Judge Anthony's program online to hopefully help with my divorce. On January 6, 2024 I emailed and requested a refund. I never got it. After seeing many others online saying they never got their refunds either (attached some screen shots) I decided to try emailing again for my refund. Finally on August 16, 2024 **** (Judge Anthony's assistant) said he would process my refund. As of September 20 I am still waiting on said refund and have emailed and called multiple times. I can no longer dispute thru my credit card company.

      The company does a webinar that is informative and sells a course that is suppose to provide a blue print for gaining custody of children in a high conflict divorce from a narcissist. They offer a trial period of 5 days. Cancel within the 5 days and request a refund you get your money back. This is a 600$ course with 3 payments over 3 months unless you cancel during the trial period. I purchased the course on 7/28/2024. I did not receive the course link so I reached out and I was contacted back within a few hours and I was sent the course link. They also could not get my name right. Calling me ***** in one and Erem in another. I began the course and quickly realized this was nothing more than some talking points, nothing with real information and not worth 600$ by any means. I asked for a refund on 7/29/2024, well within the time frame to request a refund and also asked for my receipt that was never sent to me like they claim to deliver. I do have my bank statements showing the money taken from my bank account to Judge ********************** . No response back to my email requesting my refund. I noticed other people on ******** commenting on how they were not refunded and had to go to their banks with proof and stop payment. I sent multiple emails over the next few weeks requesting my refund and letting them know they were not authorized to take any more money from my account. No response from anyone and on August 28, 2024 another payment was taken from my account causing my account to go in to the negative. I email again and **** responds. **** admits to receiving the emails and my refund request and I was within the terms of cancellation policy. **** asks me how I want to proceed and I told him I want my money back. I get an email from another employee stating I did not request my refund in time. Its been another week and no response. They have taken 2 payments of 197.00$ I have all documentation. I was within the cancellation policy and **** admits this.

      I made an accidental purchase and emailed directly after it occurred and requested a refund which I was told it would be returned to me and never has and that was the end of March of 2023. I have tried handling this with my bank but have only got so far as they did a partial refund as they investigated but since have reversed that refund because it was a user error. I have sent email numerous emails and haven't heard anything back and there is no number to call.

      I signed up for Judge Anthony's masterclass because there was a 5 day trial period in case you didn't like the information. I signed up to pay over time so my first payment was on the start date 2/4/23 of $197.00. I contacted their email address within the 5 days and let them know I'd like my money back. I received an email from "Paul" who introduced himself as Judge Anthony's assistant and said he our process it "today as soon as possible". (I have all the email correspondence). I emailed several times for 2 months asking what was going on and received one other email saying "you may experience a little delay". Then 5/5/23 I was charged again for $197.00. I sent another email and got the same automated response as the first time. I haven't had any actual help from someone and want both payments refunded.

      I purchases his product for $497 and didn't like it. I requested to cancel and get reimbursed within the 5 day window. Someone responded saying I would et the refund. That was several weeks ago and they will not respond. I want my money back and can't find any phone numbers to reach the business.
