      ing this time we had also contacted a representative from ****** and she told us the parts were on order and would be sent to the ****** technician. The ****** technician called my husband yesterday and said he had received replacement parts for one window, and that it would probably take months before he received the rest of. The windows. We have the windows taped right now because they are leaking so badly. We are getting no response and Im not sure what good warranty is when weve been waiting since the end of September to get corrected windows. Our contractor ******************* has washed his hands of it, Myers has told us to deal with ****** directly and ****** is not delivering the spare parts so that the technician can fix the issue with the windows. I would be happy to discuss with you anytime, but we really need some assistance with this. Thank you!

      Myers was notified on 11-29-23 by the contractor (*********************) Myers sales rep responded immediately and was at the home owners property on 12-1-23 to look the issues/concerns. At that time the Myers sales rep measure the sashes to file a service request with ******. ******* request was completed with in 5-business days. ****** needed more information so the Myers sales rep went back out to the job site to remeasure again. the remaining duration of time was waiting on parts/sashes from ****** and scheduling service. Parts were out 10-12weeks. Al the parts finally came in the second week in ********* ******* was completed on February 23rd 2024. ******* rep sent email and stated customer was satisfied with the repair.
