      I have been unable to access the storage unit containing my personal belongings due to my gate code no longer being accepted at the gate. I called customer service twice and both times they say that the location is not listed on their database, but they can see that I have an account and am current on my payments. They have been unwilling to help me get into my unit every time I try to call. Also upon inspecting the location's fence, I noticed that there is a gate with a lock that has completely rusted through on it, allowing anyone access to the location, which should be secure.

      Hello,
                     We would like to begin by apologizing for the confusion and frustration Mr. ***** must have experienced as a result of our call center agents being unable to verify the address where the storage unit is located. This matter has been addressed with all members of that department, and we thank Mr. ***** for bringing that to our attention.
                     The location in question had undergone an upgrade to our gate operating system and was experiencing communication issues that resulted in the gate failing to operate properly. Once we were aware of the issue, our team worked with our gate vendor to correct this error as quickly as possible. Once we were certain that the gate was operating properly our team attempted to contact those tenants affected by the gate system; with our District Manager for that location speaking to Mr. ***** on March 17, 2025 in the 3 oclock hour. Mr. ***** had fully closed his account with the property prior to the gate being fully repaired but we are prepared to extend to him, should he wish to store with us again, all promotions and discounts that we would extend to a new renter. It is my understanding that this was also communicated to Mr. ***** through our District Manager when they spoke with Mr. ***** directly on March 17, 2025. We also invite Mr. ***** to share any additional comments or issues he may wish to discuss with us by speaking to the property manager directly at ************** or by email at *********************************************************************************************************

      Please find attached the lease for Mr. ******* rental. I would like to draw the BBB's attention to the highlighted portion of section 18 concerning access to the facility. While we make every attempt to not have technical issues that lead to delays in tenants having access to their units, those issues do occasionally arise unfortunately. We are dedicated to changing Mr. ******* experience from a negative one into a positive one and I would like to reiterate that should Mr. ***** wish to rent with us again, we would be happy to extend all new renter promotions to Mr. ***** as well as waive any applicable fees at the time of re-rental. It is my understanding that this message goes directly to the BBB and not the complainant, and I would respectfully request that this message and the attachment not be shared with anyone other than members of the BBB and not published. Thank you.

      They have raised my rate 2 times within 6 months . I tried calling them multiple times to discuss never got a call back then planned to move then called them and they gave me a little discount at that time but the moving company still charged me so I asked Moove in storage to give me a month free because they never called me back from the beginning and they said no maybe if your that unhappy you can move out !
