  Hired Freys *************************************************** to replave and seal driveway at my personal residence. Business owner and his wife came to my residence to take a look at my driveway, see first hand the job I wished to hire a professional to do. Freys business owner requested entire balance for job completion be paid in full prior to work having been done. After money had been paid to Freys and Freys had reportedly completed the job as hired to perform; my driveway was left in much worse condition than the state had been when hiring Freys. Driveway had been left with an enormous hump (similar to an oversized & override speed hump) which now poses a serious safety hazard and increased potential risk for falls/injuries. When contacting Freys about this enormous hump that had been constructed and added and permanently inserted by Freys and now a complete safety hazard and an unsightly, uneccesssry, added accessory to my once flattened driveway; I was instructed by the business owner to drive my vehicles back and forth over this newly added hump that had been added during the work Freys had done to my driveway and in attempts to somehow flatten this enormous mess of a hump that resulted from the poor workmanship performed by Freys. Was also told that Freys would return in 1-2 days to complete the filling and fixture of driveways cracks as well as again in 30 days to complete blacktop and sealant for the work they had completed. Freys NEVER RETURNED AND NEVER AGAIN RESPPNDED AND/or REPLIED TO A SINGLE ONE OF THE MULTIPLE TELEPHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES REGARDING THE UNSATISFACTORY WORK PERFORMANCE AND/OR THE ISSUES THAT ARE A RESULT OF THE WORK THEY DID AND THE NEWLY POSED SAFETY HAZARDS & INCREASED RISKS FOR INJURY ASSOCIATED AS A RESULT OF THE POOR WORKMANSHIP.AS AN ELDERLY RECENTLY WIDOWED WOMAN; I TRULY BELEIVE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE of and my trustworthiness exploited Now financially depleted; I must still eventually hire another business l professional to do the exact same job that ***** had already been hired to ****, and or that I already paid in full to have done. In addition, I will also need to pay an additional amount for someone else to Now level out and or to fix this an enormously ridiculous oversized over wide speed. Hump that frys has has created as an addition to my driveway . While I would never consider rise to to conduct additional work for me, and or at my home of residence, I, I should be reimbursed the money I had paid for a job that not only was never completed, but also has created a financial loss, if ever choosing to fax what it is that ***** had left in a mess for me to deal with . Only hope and pray that no one else is injured as a result of tripping and or falling over this enormous home as created by fries and that is currently a permanent fixture as an accessory to my driveway prior to my ability to have saved enough money to have another skilled professional come in and fix the complete that Freys had left for me prior to them, refusing to answer, and or reply to any of my phone calls and or messages of concern.

  ****** Frey from Frey's Sealcoating and Asphalt were going door to door handing out home made flyers trying to get people to have their drive ways seal coated on October 19, 2023. I paid Frey's $2100 to sealcoat my driveway, as well as put asphalt on part of my driveway. He gave me quote on text message and I said ok, without knowing what the asphalt would look like. He provided very little explanation of the asphalt, which was $1000 of the $2100 total and it's horrible looking. He said he dug 3" down and he said he used 24 bags of asphalt, but my neighbor was watching him and said he only used 5 bags. There is grass growing through the asphalt after 2 weeks. When I went to write out the check, his wife Lindsey told me to call them in the spring so they could come back and put sealcoating on the asphalt. He never explained that to me and it looks like crap. I had him come back the next day and he stopped out to look at the asphalt and he said he would come back 11/3, but he never showed up. The sealcoating is not holding up at all and looks terrible and the flyer they handed out states a 2yr guarantee....which is a lie. I texted him after 1 week when he didn't show up and told him not to step foot on my property and would consider it trespassing. I want $1000 refund for the asphalt job and I'll have to pay money in the spring to have someone else come out to clean up the mess with my driveway. He's deceitful and lies to customers.
