      On May 31, 2023, we hired Elevated Contracting Solutions, LLC to resurface our existing 16 X 18 wooden deck with **** decking, facia boards and new steps. The total cost was $16,108. The picture frame trim is not the full length on the front of the deck and the 45-degree angle cuts are not flush. They did not match the perfect examples on their website. We requested **** facia on the outside foundation support rails and they installed **** decking boards. They did not mention this change to us but did put it in the contract. Unfortunately, we did not notice this change in the contract. All the bottom rails and some top rails between the support posts were cut too short and left gaps from 1/4 to 1/2 inch. These gaps were then filled with black caulking. Their current business address is **** * ************ **, York, PA *****. This appears to be their third address change in three years. On July 25th, 2023, we informed them that we were not happy with their work and we would be submitting our reviews. On August 2nd, 2023, we received the following text from Elevated Contracting Solutions, LLC: “I been behind. I submitted all the warranty’s [sic]. I would watch what you do as it is slander and defamation. Not to mention you were trying to force alcohol and medical marijuana on my employee when I wasn’t on site and he will voice for that. If you want to play games let’s play” We were in the midst of a heat wave and their employee was offered ice water or a light beer. He said he brought water but took our offer on the beer. Medical marijuana was never offered.
