      We have used Insect IQ for probably 20 years and have never had a problem. We'll continue using them for the long term. The techs are always on time, courteous, and friendly.

      I cant even give them a 1 star! (Well I had to just to post) We were with a company that they bought out and thats where the problem started! The technicians would say they had done the service, but our cameras showed them NOT on our property. When we switched to a local small company, they removed their bait traps and left a terrible mess in my planting beds! Worst company Ive dealt with in a long time!

      Used Active Pest Control in GA. after finding rodent activities in the attic. The seller quoted me a exclusion service, and said that it will exclude rodents from the "inside", by sealing entry points and firewalls, etc. to stop rodents from coming in. It all started well, they put down 2-3 traps and then installed some metal screens, etc. I had to point out several entry points that were missed by the tech, but they were accommodating and fixed them. They even helps us installed a cage at the end of the building, which was said that it was the entry point. (The two stars are purely for the seller and the technicians who are very helpful, otherwise it'd be zero stars) However, with all of that, after we were green lighted for sanitation, they came out and found another rat in the trap. So one year later from initiation, we continue to battle rats in our attic. Then they refused to send anyone to help as soon as I have settled my payment. In contract, and it said: "If, for whatever reason, the Customer is dissatised with the service provided, the Customer will provide reasonable notice and allow the Company a period of up to 45 days to remedy the problem to the extent reasonably required." So I emailed them requesting for more help with setting more traps and checking for entry points, and better clean up in the attic. They replied: "...the droppings and burrows throughout the insulation we do not remove those as it would take a full insulation removal treatment..." - this contradicts to CDC's recommendation: "If exposed insulation is contaminated with urine and droppings, place it into plastic bags for removal." "The agreement we have on file was for a partial exclusion and does not have any kind of warranty with it .... we would need to upgrade to a full exclusion on the property. Now with it being a townhome we do not offer a renewable warranty unless the entire building is sealed." - So after all the time and money spent, we are back to square one.

      Suburban Exterminating is a rip off. They send a different, untrained technician every time for service. They should pay me for all of the training I provide every time. Instead they reward me with another new technician, who is lazier than the previous one. What are we paying for?

      Extremely disappointed . DuringCOVID the business department was wonderful and understanding . Now the manager was nothing but rude and made it seem like she was helping me , didn’t listen to anything I had to say. Each employee was rude and told me a different thing and basically told me I was making things up. Have been a customer since 2019 but that didn’t matter

      HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I hired them to come and get rid of bees on the 2nd story of our home (I send them pictures and they understood it was on the SECOND floor. Guy shows up, no ladder, no nothing. Says this powder stuff will reach. NOOOOO. I hired them for 2nd story. They came back a second time....same thing. One guy, no ladder. I called the company and said I wanted my money back and cancel any further service. After many calls and emails, I finally got my money back. NOW, they keep calling me and stating I owe them $206.78. I inform them again and again that I do not have any account with them and that my money was returned and my account was closed. I instruct them to call their superiors and they reply that they cannot do that. What??? Who cannot speak to corporate or their superiors?? So now I just got an invoice in the mail threatening to stop y service if I don't pay. I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR ANY "SERVICE." I literally have never dealt with such an incompetent company in my life. STAY AWAY FROM RENTOKIL/EHRLICH PEST CONTROL!!!!!!!!!! From not doing the job I requsted to not knowing how to reach out to their own corporate offices, absolute stupidity!

      Erlich Pest Control visited my home on Newark, DE for an ant problem on June 22, 2023. I disputed the charge of $278 on September 19, 2023. Apparently, I was asked to provide documentation on my credit card App which I was not aware of. Erlich did not solve my ant problem. I was told to give the minimal spraying time to take effect. I waited one week but there were more ants than before. I looked up a solution several days later after the one week waiting period on You Tube which solved this ant problem. I disputed this because Erlich’s service did not solve this problem and I want a refund. I waited so long because I had very severe arthritis and was not able to do many tasks beyond taking care of myself.

      The company 1st never sent me a bill until it was a year later. Never called or emailed. They then mailed me a statement saying I owed for 2022 $198. I called and we agreed I would pay 99$ in one month then the other in two months. Before the 1st month was upon me, they turned it over to collections. They will not talk to me at all. I will be fighting the collections

      I found out June 2022, I have services through this company as my previous pest company was bought by them. I emailed them to cancel services. I called them to cancel services. I was on auto pay so I knew I wouldn’t owe them any money. Yet multiple requests in writing, they continued to bill me. I was sent some documents in which customer initials were on there and those initials aren’t mine. A scam company indeed

      Terrible company! I originally signed up for both termite and pest services with the bundle service in July 2020. I paid on time for the entire time I was with the company. In October 2023 I noticed that my monthly payment had gone up from $60 to $67. I called the company because I had not received any notice about the increase. While on the call, I mentioned what would be the process of canceling if I wanted to. The phone call dropped, and I never called back or speak with the company. I never confirmed that I wanted to cancel service. I noticed that I had not received any notification of any pest service for the month of November 2023. I called the company and was told that my services had been canceled. I explained to the representative that I never canceled service. The representative was very rude and stated that because I never called back from previous call that they went ahead and canceled the service. He stated that he would request that the manager contact me. I called back about 20 minutes later and talked to another representative. This representative stated that my contract should have never been canceled and that the notes show that I never confirmed. They agreed that I could restart my service, but that I had to get a new quote and that my previous plan was no longer offered because the company was losing too much money. This is why they canceled my service without my permission in the first place. I set up a date and time for a new quote. When that day came, no one came, but did call and said that they could give me a quote over the phone (this was never explained to me in the previous call). Had I known that I could do a quote over the phone I would have never scheduled a face to face quote and made arrangements to be at home (this wasted my time). This representative quoted me a price $25 more than my previous monthly rate. He explained that they could not match the previous price. Will never do business with this company again.
