      Very poor service.They did not pay claims since November 2024.Very long wait on phone calls. They promise resolution within a month but nothing happens.Overall, very poor experience. I would not recommend this company to any of my friends or family.

      ZERO STARS!!The company is a joke and a scam. THE worst customer service I have ever had. 45 minute plus wait times on the "customer service line" with the most maddening hold music and repeated, "thank you for your patience, we'll be right back with you". The website is horrible and there is very little that can be accomplished from ***** glad to be rid of them! I will be making a complaint to the PA Department of Insurance also.

      There should be a no star option for companies this awful. They are the absolute WORST!!!! I had dental insurance for years with no issue. My plan got moved to Loomis and it has been an absolute disaster, starting back to the end of last year. They stopped taking my automatic payment out and I had no idea my insurance changed. Loomis contacted me some time later. Several months later, they are trying to "get me in the system". It is now July and I cannot get my claims paid. I now have close to $2,500 out of pocket as they work to "get me in their system". They told my dental office they do not have claims for me that my dentist sent electronically and my mail (as they still tell me I am not in the system yet) to the number and address they provided. I then replied to their email with the same claims they say they did not receive, so I know they have them. But to date, I am still in process and nothing is getting paid. I am currently on 1 hour and 15 minutes of hold, which is literally every time I call. The premium payments (which were auto draft) are a mess, getting me switched over is a mess, and to date, not a dime of claims have been paid. Total disaster. Every part of the process is a mess and you cannot get someone on the phone to resolve. You can email, and after a week or two, get a "we are sorry, we are working on it" type of email.

      They covered a set amount the first visits, then the second visits, 6 months later, for the SAME EXACT THING, cleaning and x-rays, they DECREASED COVERAGE by half. THEN when I called and tried to discuss this, after an hour they said they would file a request for it to be reviewed and someone would call me. NOONE HAS CALLED ME.

      Absolutely a joke to deal with. ***** Delay Delay. They drug their feet on a claim I had on my Gap policy. I called them on it and they apologized and said that they would expedite it. I gave it a week and checked again. Their response was " Please allow 30 business days for an update on the expedite request". LOL, can't make this stuff up. Been paying on this policy for many years and they are doing everything they can to make me give up trying. Not gonna happen. No way to do business.

      I was overcharged on my insurance twice, only got my money back once. I cancelled my policy and they charged me again. None of the charges are even the same. First one was for $260, of course thats the one they didnt refund. They did admit that there was a glitch in their computers but then told me I hadnt been charged for 3 months because of that glitch and that was why I was all of a sudden seeing a $260 charge. I had been paying on a lot of hospital bills and could see it happening but I honestly thought i had seen the payment go thru but since I wasnt sure I let it go. That was on me. The second one was for $170, they refunded that one admitting they were at fault. Not wanting a repeat I cancelled my policy after I received my money on December 5th. I was promised on December 19th after making several calls to them trying to figure out what was taking so long to cancel my policy they confirmed that it had been cancelled and that I wouldnt be charged. On December 26th (2 days ago) they charged me $67. I will be calling them back on Monday to speak with someone to get my money back. I will also be putting a stop payment on them thru my bank to avoid future charges.

      .. run... put the money you spend a month into a savings plan. It has been a nightmare to file a legit claim, forms upon forms that would take a trained insurance person to fill out. NOW the Loomis website is out of order. Criminal enterprise is a good term.

      RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! After a year of paying $59 each month, these crooks only paid for half my crown and paid NOTHING on cleaning....

      Gap insurance is a joke - I have submitted a claim 7 times - never got a denial but the bill was never paid. Save yourself and your company headaches and don't use them
