    I am required an order to get a part-time job at a school district to go to ****** pay money and get my fingerprints done. I went on September 5, 2023. I have tried times to chat with a customer agent and call their customer service hotline with no one ever picking up. I am losing money. I cannot get a job because my results have been pending with no change in status since, September 5, 2023. The employer that is waiting on only those results to finish my higher has repeatedly told me that many people after me have gotten their fingerprints done and gotten them back. There needs to be a resolution so I can find out why my status has not changed since September when I paid money for a service. .
