      Was placed on their list last summer to be first on the list for April to have my pool repaired. Was guaranteed I would be able to have a Memorial day party for my daughter who just finished chemo treatments. Here we are July 1 still not fixed. They have set up 3 different times they would be out to fix it and failed to show up each time. Twice I took the day off of work to wait for them and the 3rd time I was out of town so I set up someone to be at my house that day and again they failed to show up. After trying to call them for 2 weeks they finally call me today just to tell me that now they cannot give me a date that it will be done. This is very frustrating and my pool is only getting worse. Both underground pipes need replaced due to them both leaking. The leaks have caused my ground around the pool to shift. And I have not idea what the water is doing to the wooden walls of the pool itself. Very bad customer service. I almost feel that this is race related due to the owners very distasteful racist billboards I have seen outside his Worthington location.

      ln July of 202'J.* **** ******* contacted Country Pools to do an estimate of repairs for her in ground swimming pool. She
      was scheduled mid-Apr't 2022 for an estimate to be completed.


      Country Pools did set up an appointment with **** ******** on June 3,2022. Our service tech called off that day, sick, so
      the appointment had been rescheduled to June 4,2022. Country Pools found out the morning of the fourth that our
      service technician tested positive for covid.


      Due to staffing issues, we could not reschedule **** ******* until June 1,6,2022. The technician scheduled that day,
      unfortunately, had to take a medical leave for a back injury. We did call to inform **** *******'s contact (her mother),
      that day, that we would not be there due to injuries. We did not have a date for the technician to return to work, so we
      did inform **** ******* that it would be more than likely the end of July before she could be put back on the schedule.
      Country Pools regrets the situation, however because of covid & injuries we were unable to perform the service.

      There is no resolution here?? No attempt to make this matter ok. This response only admits they failed to show up all summer long. This is not right to do to customers. I know the business has not been shut down and are doing other jobs. So why has mine not been done yet?? I've lost more time waiting for a response when I should have been looking for someone else to do the job. Terrible customer service.

      This issue has been addressed on the original complaint. Due to
      personal shortage, we regret to inform you we are not staffed to
      handle any further wonk load. We understand client must hire another
      vendor to complete their repair.
      In closing, Covid-19 has created horrendous issues in staffing
      and we truly regret not being able to perform the required repair.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********* and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The owner is absolutely awful to deal with.  Rude to say the least.  Screamed at me and hung up on me.  I will not waste another minute of my time or energy on this business.  Would NEVER recommend them to my worst enemy.
