Today a technician jack S. came 1hr late to the appointment. When he arrived he looked to be in a altered state and I was uncomfortable so I called my boyfriend and asked him to stay on the phone with me while he was here. At the end of the estimate I seen an amount on the notepad different from what he said. I declined the service for several reasons however he told me I still had to pay a $60 service fee. I offered to call and pay with my card but he said he would just take the tip. I was unhappy with the service so I called back to get another tech only to be hung up on another employee (Guy) who claimed Jack gave me a fair price. After I was hung up on again I requested a manger to call me and unknowingly it was Guy. His demeanor was completely different this time and he was apologetic. He apologized and said jack would be removed. He also said he would sent the $20 to my address on file. The Owner would call me to discuss further. The owner N S****** was very rude and disrespectful after trying to protect his employee Jack S. I recorded our conversation and he was very rude and nasty, my boyfriend heard everything and once we relayed that be apologized and asked not to be put on social media.
