    i was having multiple visits with dr andrews to complete a fitting for partials .he stated i came to the right place /i have informed him i was told i have tmj from lack of teeth and i wanted to prove them wrong i do have jaw popping .
    now i completed all my visits next time i was told they would be ready for me to pick up
    on September 26,2023 i received a call from ***** from dr Andrews office informing me dr has my partial back .i couldnt call back was dealing with other health issues me my dog and myself but when i was able i called back on 11/09/2023 i called to inquire about my partials and she just said have to check with dr .im still waiting for the call back .
    im just very upset by the drs actions. im sorry i had some health issues i had to address with my dog and myself and i was incapable of reaching out until i was back to being good enough to be me .
    id very much like to know is this the dr ways of retaliating against me for not calling sooner or are my partials dr made a thing of the past .Now at this point im taking my business elsewhere i just would like to know why the silence on the drs part .I think it would just be easier and more professional to tell me you cant hep me with partials so i dont have to suffer with the extended waiting to relieve the tmj symptoms and ringing in my ears if my partials were the answers. now my wait is longer and my search for another dentist to help with my partials is ongoing. just hopefully you can have an answer to what happen to my partials from Dr Andrews

    Goodmorning,

    Patient ***** ********* was originally scheduled to have her partial denture inserted on 8/23/2023. My office informed her via phone call the day prior that her partial denture was still processing at the lab and that the office would call her as soon as its returned. The lab had trouble completing her case as it was difficult. On 9/26/2023, the office had left a voice message for ***** stating that her partial denture was in office and she was to call us back to schedule an appointment to insert said partial. The patient didn't call back until 10/2/2023 after office hours. Our office called her back the next business day 10/3/2023 and we were forwarded to voicemail- we left a message. We never heard back from the patient. We left two more messages for patient on 1/2/2023 and 1/5/2023. No response.

     i called on 09/25/2023   i just wish things were not left out just be totally honest i  was the patient i know what happen i was there however as i already stated im not good enough to matter as a patient and get the quality care that  everyone deserves the 2 times i called on 11/9/23 and 11/14/23 were left out .  now you reach out to me  that u received this complaint i filed here  and i have washed my hands for im fearful of retaliation im taking my business elsewhere  we all matter and deserve the best quality care
