      We hired Roto Rooter to replace our sewer main from my house to the street. I paid over $5,000.00 and the issue still has not been resolved. The work that was contracted to be done was only about 35% complete at the original time of service. At that point we were guaranteed the issue was resolved. 38 days after Roto rooter made this promise our sewer backed up again into our basement. I've spent between 10 & 15 hours since then on the phone trying to get someone at Roto rooter to address these issues with the plumbing. The ** named ***** made 2 separate appointments with me to come out to my house to see what can be done. Both time ***** no showed for out appointments. I called and left several voicemails but I'm not getting any type of response. This is not fair or the way business should be run. A second issue I am having is that when they filled my yard back in from the excavation there is still a hole ranging from 8 inches to 15 inches deep by approximately 20 feet round. Someone is going to get hurt if they fall or trip due to this. I have the contract as well as photos and documentation to back up everything I'm saying. I just want the services that were quoted & promised to be completed in a timely & professional manner. Please help!!
