    Paid $1.99 for a Bill of sale then got billed $39.99 for a months service. This was not clear to me and buried in fine print. Even so, Within one hour of the charge posting to my account, I contacted them for a refund. They said no...why would they charge me for something I don't need?

    Were sorry for any confusion this customer experienced.

    Our records show that the customer signed up for the ***** trial at $1.99, after which the subscription automatically renews at the regular monthly rate, as clearly stated on our pricing page and during checkout.

    That said, we understand the customers concern. As a gesture of goodwill, on August 19, 2025, we already processed a full refund of the $39.99 charge back to the customers original payment method.

    The subscription has also been canceled, so there will be no further charges.

    We value our customers and regret any inconvenience this caused.

    I authorized a 7-day trial for $1.99. I tried to cancel, but the link sent is not valid. I was charged $39.99. There's no phone number to reach them, just an email

    We regret to hear about this customers frustration.

    The customer authorized the *********** trial, which automatically renews at $39.99 if not canceled before the trial ends, as clearly stated during signup and on our pricing page.

    Regarding the cancellation: our records show that we responded to the customers emails promptly, providing clear instructions to cancel and confirming support availability. Unfortunately, we did not receive any reply or follow-up from the customer after our responses.

    We have evidence of these communications and would be happy to provide them to the BBB if needed.

    As of now, the customers subscription has been fully canceled, and no further charges will occur.

    We value our customers and always aim to resolve any concerns quickly.

    I thought I needed a bill of sale. I went to ************** for the bill of sale I paid $2 for the document which turns out I did not need. Next thing they charged me $39.99 for a subscription. I never authorized it.
