    Jw stephan construction llc is a one man crew. Please do NOT HIRE he's constantly late and leaves early everyday works slow due to taking smoke breaks and running to his truck every 20 minutes for what I have no idea? Has an excuse for EVERYTHING EVERYDAY speaks badly about previous customers very unprofessional. Along with his excuses are reasoning for missed days of work. Has no conception of time management my husband is a disabled veteran and knows how to do contract work but he can't perform like he used to but due to ***** not completing his job my husband had to finish doing HIS WORK. Please do your research when hiring a contractor they give a GREAT SERMON but fail to deliver the job.

    When are grow man yells in my face for setting up my tools and drop cloths to protect a wooden floor and says it took to long and tells me how to do my job so I have to walk on egg shells because he is always screaming at someone it's time to go.. not happy about leaving the job and it's the first one since I have been in business but I will not put up with a grown man screaming in my face.. took everything I had to finish out the day.. I am the most respectful person.. you treat me with respect therefore I treat you with respect and you will have the best contractor experience ever along with the BEST and meticulous work! And then he says im going to get free labor.. well he totally caused me more work because of his poor workmanship.. wall paint all over the trim and I can go on but that's not what kind of person I am.. Disabled veteran is just an excuse for yall to feel guilty for him.. I have done work for his brother which is also a veteran and had a wonderful experience.. and now I understand why he doesn't talk to anyone in his family because he needs some kind of counseling so he is going to come to the internet just like everyone else of you internet warriors.. also I was eliminating a very big problem.. getting paid when the job was done.. my contractor ***** had that experience.. also in my contract I was to receive payment on Friday.. the first Friday I had to ask. The second Friday I was not begging. For money.. and they failed to pay.. Like I said I would never walk out on a job.. but when your screaming in my face I will not put up with that nor do I have to.. Have a nice day everyone! And check out my ******** page.     Do not hire .Shows up late and leaves early . Talks poorly of his customers . Unnecessary extra charges beyond quote price. Made my husband pay for grout when this was part of the original quote .Extremely unprofessional. More smoke breaks than actual time working .Sick every week, calls off last minute .Skipped steps to basic work. Took him about 7 months to do my 2 bathrooms. Had to hire someone else after him to fix his mistakes .Would never use again .

    We love our new bathroom! He did a custom tile shower and floor, shampoo niche, sliding glass door and all the accessories. He does great work and is very neat , organized, timely, and friendly.

    If you are looking for an honest contractor that does wonderful quality work and craftsmanship Jw Stephan Construction is the company to hire. We had our bathroom and kitchen completely remodeled. We have nothing but praise and appreciation for this company from start to finish. From design to completion the experience was so much better than we expected. ***** was very professional and courteous. He was able to meet almost everything on our wish list and went above and beyond to do so. We can't say enough good things about this company. We want to thank ***** for the beautiful work and we will be referring him to family and friends.
