I asked the Passon Performance via website contact if they had the advertised shifter handles in stock. They responded that they did. I then placed an order on their website. I received an order confirmation along with an order number, C1F1Q87. This order was placed on April 3, 2025. I did not receive any shipping information and called Passon on April 7, 2025. I was then advised that the items were not in stock. They were all out to be chromed. I could expect them back around the beginning of May. I called back on April 28, 2025 to check and make sure everything was still as I was told. They would not answer the phone or return my call. I then filed a complaint with ******. Passon responded that they would not send me the shifter handle I ordered. They were cancelling my order and giving me a refund. I still have not received the refund or the shifter handle.

    Business Response

***** ****** ordered a shifter handle on line.  I received a call from him after the order was placed and I explained that the shifters were at chrome plating and would be back the first week of May. In his BBB complaint, he complained that I never answered my phone or returned calls.  This is EXACTLY the opposite.  He was very abrasive from the beginning and would only communicate via email and gave me a hard time for bringing up the fact that he never answered his phone when I called to discuss the order.  He then filed a dispute with ****** on April 28.  It was escalated to a claim by him on April 29.  SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE I WAS EVEN GOING TO HAVE THE SHIFTERS BACK FROM CHROME WHICH HE KNEW AND EVEN STATED IN BOTH HIS ****** DISPUTE THE BBB COMPLAINT.  He was FULLY refunded on April 30 through ******.  I have documentation proving this and should be attached.  If I'm being honest, I find it extremely troubling that he filed this complaint 9 DAYS AFTER HE WAS REFUNDED THE ENTIRE AMOUNT OF 520.74.   Lastly, I absolutely told him that I received the handles back from chrome plating and that I would not sell him a shifter handle.  I am not compelled to sell him ANYTHING.  I have no desire to do business with someone that acts like this.  He filed a dispute and a claim with ****** prior to me even having the handles in my posession to send him which was aware of. He was refunded the full amount.

I would like to know what recourse I have against him because he clearly fraudulently filed this compliant 9 days AFTER he was refunded.

I did finally receive a refund. Although Mr ******** did not provide it as he stated. I did escalate my claim with ****** and THEY forced the refund. At this point, I only wish to warn people about doing business with this company. I found numerous complaints online about him. Unfortunately it was after I placed my order. Ive read his response. He is a flat out liar trying to justify poor business practices. Another thing I find troubling is he advertises as official 4 speed providers for Graveyard Carz thats false? They use Brewers Performance in ****. Another lie
