My mother and I went in for our annual inspection on Jan 23, 2025. Starting off, we knew we would be exempt from the emissions and told them (having owned the car for going on 5 years now and driving less than 5000 miles in the last 365 days). However, we were told by the service advisor, ****** *******, that they still had to do the emissions test even if we are exempt to get the stickers and we would pay a "reduced" rate of $44.99 since we're exempt (which is the price they show online for the full test...so I know that's not correct, and if it is, then it's a shady practice). Then ****** comes back and tells us that we've failed inspection and the car needs extensive work to get it to pass. We were told that we failed due to several factors: We had a side marker lamp bulb out, the Rear Lower Control Arm had a hole rusted in it, the check engine light was on, and we needed a 4-wheel alignment. We were also told that our car was severely rusted underneath and the subframe might break further from the rust damage if they tried to replace the Rear Lower Control Arm. They showed us a video from the mechanic of the rust, but I can't tell from just looking if the rust damage was actually damaging the subframe or if it was just surface level rust. We were in tears because this would cost us around $800 and it wasn't guaranteed to make us pass. Since we passed emissions testing, we paid for the PA State Inspection ($39.99) and the "reduced" PA Emission Inspection ($44.99), paying them a total of $90.93 after sales tax. We went to a reputable shop near us for a second opinion, and didn't specify any of the issues Nissan told us about, we simply said we wanted a second opinion for our State Inspection. After about an hour, they told us that we only needed our oil filter to be replaced and have our oil changed. That's it. The mechanic even came back out and physically showed us the oil filter, showing us the damage. $95.12 later and we pass our inspection.

Would not buy a bike from this dealership. I had a Sonata (2011) and it was a known engine issues. Car was using 3 qts of oil a week and finally the engine seized up. There was a recall on the engine and they would not replace motor. I have friends and my son purchased the same vehicle and year. All the engines were replaced. I kept getting the runaround from service dept. when I went back to get my car to have it towed off there lot a had to almost fight the manager to get my keys. BUYER BEWARE!!! They do not stand by the cars they sell and the service dept are a bunch of amateurs.

I can't believe they let me drive this car off the lot. I've had it about 3 months and when I bought it there were only around 50k miles on it. However, there are already a plethora of repairs that need to be done. There was a leak in the engine and a major part will need to be replaced. There was also a broken gas cap, the battery had to be replaced, and the oil had to be changed. I have put down almost 2k in repairs already and the engine light has since come on AGAIN, a week after I took it into the mechanic. I understand one assumes a certain amount of risk when buying a used car (this is a 2015 ***** but cars are supposed to undergo inspection while they are on dealership lots. I find it hard to believe that there wasn't prior knowledge of at least a few of these repairs before they sold it to me. Very frustrating, would not recommend this business at all. The car is a total lemon.

After speaking to my team. We are unaware of the issues this customer has experienced. We performed the used car inspection on and performed all necessary repairs. At no time to our knowledge has this customer contacted us regarding any issues with the vehicle.

They are a bunch of crooks! Took my truck to the dealership to get my AC leak fixed. They ran the dye through it to find the leak. They told me it was going to be $1200 to replace the condensor (thats where they found "the leak") ordered a condensor and took it to ****** Automotive in Baden. **** replaced the condensor. There were no signs of a leak in my old condensor. Pressure tested the system, and its still leaking badly. Turns out my issue is a simple bad ******** valve. A $10 part and takes less than a minute to replace. ?? All i can say is SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL AUTO SHOP!UPDATE: I went to see the manager today and as expected he refused to do anything or work with me in any way. He refused to look at my old condensor to see there were no leaks, and would not even refund the money they charged me for the diagnostic. The bottom line is he knew there was nothing wrong with it.

On 6/8/23 Customer came in with vehicle which had no refrigerant, at that time we added dye tracer and refrigerant. No leak was detected at that time, to make sure our diagnosis was accurate we asked the customer to drive the vehicle and return to check for leaks after the dye circulated the system. On 6/15/23 customer returned and we detected a leak with a black light at the a/c condenser. We quoted the customer the price to complete the repairs and the customer elected not to repair the vehicle. On 6/30/23 customer came in and presented me with receipts saying an outside company replaced the a/c condenser, after the condenser was replaced at the outside repair facility they told the customer the a/c condenser was not at fault.Note: I then asked the customer if the a/c condenser was not at fault why did they replace it? I also told the customer if he would have returned to my facility I would have gladly rechecked my diagnosis, I also told the customer when the outside facility connected to the a/c system the outside facility could have damaged the ******** valve. When the customer asked me to look at the old part I told him it is impossible to determine a leak at this time if the part is not in the vehicle, also anyone could have easily cleaned off the dye at the leaking spot to make it appear there was no leak was present. Thank you *********************** Service director

I went to this dealership to have a recall completed on my Murano. They gave me an estimate for additional work to be completed which amounted to approximately $6,600.00+. The technician said my rear sub-frame had holes in it, that it was very rusty, and vehicle was unsafe. Replace transfer case due to leaks, replace left lower control arm, and just because, replace the right lower control arm as well. Install 3 clamps on exhaust system and of course an alignment. Also, I was to bring back after 500 miles to recheck for more possible leaks. The actual repairs needed was 3 clamps on exhaust system and 3 seals on the transfer case. Total cost of actual repairs needed was $1,033.00. BEWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! (if i could give it a -star I would)
