5 starsThis is by far the best contracting company I have ever had do a project for me. The customer service is on point. My ******* and crew were awesome and got the work scheduled and done way sooner than I was expecting. Thier attention to details was top notch and property cleanup afterwards was spotless. I could not even find a tiny piece of material anywhere. Roof looks amazing and launched my curb appeal to space. I would highly recommend them as they check all the boxes.

5 starsI couldn't be happier with my experience with this company. Filled out an online ******** ad for a free quote on a Friday. Received a call later that day to discuss what all we were looking to have done. They made an appointment to come out to get measurements and take a look at the condition of our roof on Monday. They gave us our quote on Tuesday. After discussing everything with my wife, we went with Craig G. To do our roof. They said it would be about 3 weeks for them to do our roof. That was about what other companies were quoting 3 to 4 weeks lead time. Got a text Thursday morning saying they had an opening tomorrow ,Friday! If that would work for *********** arrived afternoon on ************** at 7:30 on Friday. They were all very professional and organized. I would say they finished 3:30 and spent another hour or so to finish cleaning up. No mess left behind and a great looking roof.Craig Gouker Roofing & Home Improvements LLC

5 starswe hired ***** and his crew to install a new roof on our house. its a very old house and upon removing the old shingles, they recognized that the whole roof would need to be plywooded. His guys were very professional stayed late into the night to finished everything in one day. Did a wonderful job and did a thorough cleaning of the yard. 5 starsWe are so happy we found Craig. Very nice , professional and take pride in their work. Our roof , gutters, and soffitt . It all looks beautiful . The guys that were here were very friendly , on time and made sure everything was all cleaned up. Anyone that says they are thinking about getting a new roof . 5 starsCraig Gouker Roofing replaced our roof in March of 2022. We looked at several roofing companies, their customer comments and their prices for the replacement. Gouker roofing was number one on the list. They were professional, kept to the schedule they told us and clean up was excellent. The value of our house was increased and the look improved. 5 starsThere was absolutely no sales pressure from ****. The speed and perfection of the work was incredible. They came before I could finished cleaning the gutters and trimming some trees. They said nothing and did this at no extra cost. The estimate was 6 months old yet they honored it to the Tee. They didnt have too. The workers could not have been friendlier and more respectful. The clean up was perfect. I met ***** , he was the best. Gouker will be the company to do my further needed work.Craig Gouker Roofing & Home Improvements LLC

2 starsI can't speak to the workmanship of the roof but I can say that I did not appreciate the way Craig handled respected me when an issue came up.The day of the roof installation, I received a text from Craig with a picture of my patio table shattered on my deck. I am a single, partially disabled, older female so I asked him to have them come back and remove the table since I wouldnt be able to do that on my own. I was also worried that if the umbrella was still in the table without the heavy glass that it would fall over and go through my sliding glass doors. When I got home that evening, it was gone, so I thought they took it. The next evening, I found it down around the back of my house. I also found a very large piece of edge drip that they left behind. Since I cannot remove the table myself, I texted Craig to have someone come back and take the table and their edge drip piece. Now, I will need to buy a new table, hire someone to build it and pay them to put the umbrella in since it is an 18 umbrella and too heavy for me to lift.Craig offered a discount to pay for the damage, which was only right, and. I told him that was fine but I was unhappy about the inconvenience and that they were not careful with my property (which I have every right to be upset) and his reply was, "I suppose you walk through life being perfect all the time". And, "Reread this response twice please!" I can guarantee had I been a man, he would not have spoken like this. It was belittling, disrespectful and very unprofessional.Yes, it was an accident and yes, they are reimbursing me for the table BUT I had every right to be upset. Being of bad health and partially disabled it is not as easy as ordering a new table and being done with it. It will be an inconvenience with all I need to do to get a new one, hire someone to build it, etc. and I am not sure how my health will be come spring. We unfortunately broke an outdoor glass topped table and we literally paid her double the amount for the table and hauled it away for the customer. As a business owner for over 32 years we went above and beyond the unfortunate mistake that we made. Her health has literally nothing to do and feel she is trying to play a victim role which is not working for me. I owned up to the breakage of the table, cleaned up the mess and hauled away the table for her. We asked how much the table was and she told me and we reimbursed her double on her invoice that we still are not paid for. Beware for the girl that cries wolf. I cannot do anything else for this customer and completely disagree with this malicious review. For me its all about the quality of the install and certainly owning up to a mistake which we did do. This company already stood out as the best in the area, after extensive research. And they did not disappoint. Craig places emphasis on quality and putting the customer first. And these ideals are evident through all members of his crew. Not only was a quality roof installed in an efficient manner, with new gutters, but any minor concerns were also addressed promptly, without complaint, by courteous professionals. 5 starsWe heard about this place through a pamphlet we received in the mail. Since our siding was falling apart with pests living inside and our roof needed work, this was a timely advertisement. We contacted a couple companies about our siding and a couple about our roof. We ended up going with Craig Gouker for both our roof and siding for our house, and they did a phenomenal job. They had a nice showroom floor with friendly staff and a friendly receptionist to give us some tips, and the reps that came and looked at our property to submit the proposal did a great job explaining the project. The crew showed up on time and completed the entire project in less than a week, and they were awesome -- super friendly, and frankly fun to be around and talk with in passing. They worked so hard and were so careful and respectful of our home (I work from home). I'm so glad for the work they did, and I will definitely recommend this place to people I come across.
