Bike having throttle/idle/battery issues, couldn't fix it myself. Been there before, get referred there again. Tell them what's up, took it there for a primary noise years ago that never went away, brought it up with the new issues. Say they'll get it in ASAP, tell me I need a new battery and new regulator (battery in it was brand new, but "not the right kind"), was gonna run me $700. Takes a week, get a call saying "everything's working but it's still dying and backfiring", the same problems I brought it in for. They order an ECM and make me pay for it even though it was back ordered for two weeks, turned into over 3. They didn't call another place until I suggested it, after they wanted me to pay for all of the labor up front before the part even came. quoted price had more than doubled. I paid for half, I just wanted it over with. They go and get the ECM from another source and they say the bike is done. I go out, settle my bill and he's coming back from a test ride. Ride it 2 miles and still has a check engine, throttle and idle still all messed up, primary noise still there. The regulator they put on isn't even the right color. Limp it back the next morning when they open, mechanic that is actually there says I shouldn't have to pay for anything but parts. Limp it home, they tell me to bring it back after the weekend. Go back at the agreed on time, they weren't there. Waited around 2 hours for a ride home, and the guy who worked on my bike shows up. I tell him I shouldn't have to pay for the problems twice, they had the bike for 2 months and have almost $2000 of my money for these problems already. He says that's not his fault and he won't do the work for free, that "it obviously runs, you rode it here." I told him it's not right, to which he replies "that's not my fault, take it somewhere else."

Aces High Motorcycle shop is a business best avoided. The owner is a very difficult person to deal with even if the service goes well. In my case, I purchased new tires for my 2012 motorcycle. The front tire was out of balance when I first picked it up. They kept the bike and rebalanced after much argument. I picked the bike up on a Tuesday and on Saturday was on a ride. After approximately 50 miles the front caliper separated from the bike. Caliper parts were destroyed, rim side wall severely damaged. Aces High did not torque the attach bolts properly. The front brake was OEM. The bike has 10,500 miles on it. The caliper had never been removed prior to Aces High removing it to install the new tire. Their answer to my complaint was ....the caliper was on when it left the shop, right! The owner is a liar, hothead and unreliable! Use this motorcycle shop at your own risk.
