1) Following Clarifications about reseller hosting and requirement of hosting various websites we signed up for 3years of Master reseller hosting with known Host LLC for $539.10 2) Service was NOT AS DESCRIBED where many of our customers and our websites were impacted.3) We received numerous complaints from website owners. One website owner wanted to fix the website via a web-designer who said "*******" need installing as they were missing on server. These come as standard in all web hosting companies as a standard feature but Known Host lack such basics.4) We had to forward this complaint to Known Host where COO Daniel P************ threatened to destroy the entire server with 25 websites. This is a threat of criminal damage as website is the entire business of some companies that host with us. 5) We are responsible for our customer websites. We have not confrontation Known Host instead we moved our websites away from danger of Known Host. This took around 3 months and then to be tested by each company for them to be fully happy at new server. 6) We had less than 3 months of hosting of 3 years package. We had to spend a lot of time and funds to get each website transferred. Parts of websites were missing. Some were distorted due to suboptimum servers and service of known Host. This costed us 860 for transferring of each website troubleshooting of missing elements of websites due to missing plugins /software of Known Host sub optimum servers.7) We requested refund numerous times but Known Host did not pay. 8) Known Host said that we violated their terms by making a complaint. It is a basic human right of expression of dis-satisfaction where Known Host has violated a basic Human right of expression.9) We hereby request a REFUND of $539.10 as this hosting WAS NOT AS DESCRIBED. 10) Ideally we should claim compensation for threatening of criminal damage, business interruption losses etc that we will not do. Just get funds we paid $539.10.
