QVC is absolute trash. Their customer service is terrible and they falsely advertise sizes of beauty products to get you to buy but then ship something different. When notifying them of the mistake they never fixed it almost a month later. I also placed an order for a different beauty product as soon as the listing was available on their app/website and their was no initial notice that the item was advanced order. Then they changed it to back order because they didnt have the stock. It should have never been an available listing. Extremely disappointed.Review from N. C.

I ordered an item and opened a Q Card online. The promo was to receive $40 off when opening a new Q Card, so I did. I have an email confirmation that the order total was $3.65. When the statement came, it showed that the order total was 39.23. I disputed the incorrect charge with both QVC and with Synchrony Bank (the Q Card) which took several months showing them the email proof of the order total of 3.65. The bank just sent a letter stating they are siding with QVC because they said I used a free shipping promo code and a $40 promo code and only 1 promo could be used per purchase. They are incorrect because there was no promo code for the $40 off, it was simply just $40 off for opening the credit card. This is false advertising when I have email proof of the correct order total of 3.65.Review from Russell N

Ordered Kansas City steaks 9.5 oz Ribeyes steaks. Received opened box steaks where just about flat so I weighed one only weighed 6.oz. so I cooked tasted bad was very tough for that size and a lot of grizzle. Dogs wouldn't even eat them had bad smell to them fat looked yellow. E mailed Kansas City since name all over box and a pamphlet that came with the steaks. They just dismissed me telling me I ordered from QVC that tells me they don't stand behind their product. Called QVC basically told bait and switch can't return just bought on 1/14/24. QVC has gone down the tubes use to be good customer service but since they crawled in bed with HSN it's gotten terrible. Their product they sell is below standards. Plus on TV they showed pressing on steak juices run outcomplete LIE!!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH SHAM ON YOU QVC. YOU WON'T GET ANYMORE MONEY OUT OF ME. SORRY BUSINESS PRACTICE.Review from Ellen W

Been a customer for decades, been waiting well over a month for a gift that now I have to wait to see Still haven't received it, keeps saying since January 11 that it is coming. Went home twice to receive it, nothing!!!! So upset, ignoring all my reach outs. Very upsetting!Review from Barb W

My complaint to QVC about a return and they are refusing to honor my refund after they said they would reimburse me! I wanted to let you know that I'm writing you because of the unfair decision made on the return of a $470 watch that I bought over the Christmas holiday. I purchased a gift for my husband. While he appreciated the thought, he liked the watch less than I did. I immediately went online to request instructions on how to return the item. I used the preprinted return label and even used the same box in which the watch came in. I mailed the item via the US Post Office. Because the item was already prepackaged, the item was placed in the bin with other prepackaged items on December 26, 2024. After a little more than one week, I had not heard back about my return, so I called customer service. The representative investigated the tracking, and we both realized that the item could not be tracked since leaving it at the post office; however, she noted that it was not my fault and they would honor my refund. Another couple of weeks go by, and still no refund. I called the QVC rep last Monday, who noted that I am not at fault, I am doing everything possible that I should be doing, and I can expect a refund. Today, I received an email stating I will not be reimbursed and to take this up with my financial institution. What! I paid with my debit card -- $470 -- and I did everything as instructed. I believe someone stole the package from the post office, and while I cannot prove that -- it's possible. I feel this is an unfair decision, and I am appalled. I am supposed to be a valued customer, but I feel as if I have been dismissed by a company that my mother shops at almost daily and a company that I had a high regard for. This isn't very reassuring. I work hard, and $470 is a lot of money. I'm sorry that the watch is also missing. It has nothing to do with me, the customer, who is now taking a severe loss. Please help.Review from Iryna N

Once again I was shopping online and placed an item in my cart & got a message it would be saved for 1 hour. 10 minutes later my cart was empty and I was still shopping. This is a false & deceptive business practice to say one thing & not honor it. I have called and complained yet don’t think anyone escalates this concern & bad business practice!!!!!Review from everett a

qvc has a samsung galaxy a 14 on SALE for 89.99 its a tracfone with 1 year of service and a 35.00 off for first time buyer that makes it 54.99 and tax the only way to buy it is 5 easy payments of 18.00 thats 90.00 lie and ripe offReview from Kristi H

QVC sent me an email for an item I had previously viewed on their site, indicating a price drop and showing the new price as 16.99. When I clicked through to their site, the price shown was 26.99. I started a live chat and was told that she did not see the lower price. I was unable to insert a screenshot of the email, and she was unable to provide an email address to which I could forward it. She did not offer to honor the email price, but fell back on promoting the price on the site and informing me of how quickly the item was selling. Unfair and deceptive.Review from Dennis D

I ordered the 2 chairs and should receive 2 free patio rocking chairs. As of this date all I received was a keychain. I have been complaining about this for sometime now. QVC has scammed me. My first responce was that order 3553 had been delivered which was a keychain in an envelope. I will be giving bad reviews. This is not the company with high reputation I expected. They claim they allow an hour to hold something in your cart but this is absolutely not the case. Within minutes things disappear. NO INTEGRITY!!! Furious!!!! Shame on them!!
