    I purchased my vehicle new in March of 2021. I purchased an extended power train warranty that covers the vehicle for 125,000 miles. On 03/26/2023, at 75,000 miles, while on the highway my transmission failed and almost caused me to get in an accident. I took the vehicle in to the dealership for immediate service/evaluation on 03/28/2023. I was informed the vehicle was in fact, having transmission issues, only a few days later. However, from that point on, I could not get answers from anyone. Weekly I called for updates and answers and was repeatedly ignored, or told I would be contacted (which I never was). It has now been 4 weeks since the car has in their possession (as of today 04/25/2023) and there has been no update on when the car is to be coming back to me. I have called weekly for updates, and was always ignored and never received a follow up call. I have been out of work due to this, for a month. I was asked if I could receive a loaner vehicle while the car was being serviced, and was refused, even though I was never given any estimation of when the car would be finished, or communication that provided me with insight. I am highly upset and discouraged at the mistreatment and lack of customer commitment I am currently receiving/ have received. Anyone should be able to trust and rely on their dealership for answers and updates, and I have gotten neither even with begging and harassment. Managers do not respond to me, service is not being conducted, and I am out of work because of this issue my warranty is supposed to cover. At the very least, I want to be provided with some assurance that there must be repercussions for this mistreatment and negligence. I have never filed a complaint before, nor did I ever want to. But I want and deserve answers, as well as some means of compensation for being ignored and put out of work. My car is supposed to be safe, my warranty is supposed to protect me, and my dealership is supposed to help and service me.
