We bought our car from this dealer on 02/10/2022 and at the time we bought a ****** protection plan for $2394.00. Protection plan has 60 days cancellation policy as long as it was used. After talking to our insurance, we have decided this is being an overhead and wanted to cancel the policy. When we tried to reach the finance department at this dealer, we have been given run around treatment and after involving Benz (Parent company customer support) the finance person called us and agreed to send the cancellation, on Apr 15th. Then we tried to contact them multiple times and did not get any response on the status of the cancellation. Finally when I called ****** directly to learn that the cancellation had been submitted and will settle in May as we missed the April cutoff timeline. In May we tried to contact the dealer's finance department and didn't get any response so called ****** again and got the confirmation that Cancellation has been applied and dealer has been informed, we should be expecting a check from the dealer. Till this day we have not received the check yet and we have contacted the sales person to help us get the information on this details as we are not being get hold of the finance person. Not only that they are not treating their customers well ( all the nice treatments were stopped after the sale went through, except the Sales person responds to us with some updates) and we need the refund of the full amount ($2394.00, as we cancelled within 60 days and ****** team confirmed) for the policy cancellation.Initial Complaint

I purchased an **** from Mercedes Benz of West Chester PA & worked with *************************** as my sales Rep. On purchase day , i instructed him to send my tags to a different address other than the one on my i.d, he agreed & had me write it down the adress , so when the tags come in they can send them to that adress. The temp tags they gave me expired & when i called to tell them i handt received my tags i was told there wasa back log @ the Delaware DMV & i should follow up with them. I did & they agreed to give me new temp tags. They are now expiring in 5 days but when i called the DMV they told me my tags had been shipped to the Dealer a month ago & they cannot issue me new tags so i should follow up with the dealer. When i call the Dealer , the receptionist Blake always tells me nobody id available, i'm out of state but nobody returned my calls even when i leave multiple messages. I had to send my father since im miles away too see whats going on, when he arrivef the Dealer said they sent it to my address on my drivers license. ON PURCHASE I MADE VERY CLEAR I AM MOVING OUT OF STATE & THEY WERE TO SEND IT TO THE ADRESS THAT WE WROTE DOWN. The dealer has ignored my calls , wont help me resolve an issue that they caused by their sales Rep not following through. I have contacted my old landlord & they never received the plates at that adress. IM STUCK WITH A CAR IM PAYING FOR & I CANT DRIVE IT , all because of an human error that could easily be fixed. The dealer dropped the ball, but wont even have the decency to return a phonecall and admit to their mistake & help solve this!! I am beyond frustrated & have no other option but to make this a legal matter, Customers shouldnt have to pay the price for a businesses bad Practice!Initial Complaint

My temp plates have expired in August and the company doesnt want to give me the title to the car so I could get my own plates. I have called many times and nobody picks up and they dont return my call. My car is all paid up so Im supposed to get my title.Business response

To whom it may concern,We were very sorry that the plates for **************'s vehicle purchase were delayed. Unfortunately, during the summer months, many of the state agencies experienced significant delays in processing the necessary paperwork to register new vehicle pates, and transfers of registration. It is our policy to handle all titling and tag paperwork for our customers, to protect their interest and ours.
