  Cancelled my service because it was not up to standard, then they came out to apply application again and charged me. I refused to pay for a service I had canceled and they sent me to collections. Avoid.

  I agreed to have a green lawn program performed. They quoted a price in writing, I prepaid to get a slight discount. They came after that program was completed and performed Aeration and seeding program without my knowledge or approval. They charged my credit card more than the original amount without my knowledge or approval. I have tried to resolve the issue but they will not even call me back.

  I asked for aeration and seeding last year. This year that was done again automatically costing over $600 dollars. I did not want this done and did not ask for it. I was told that once a service is requested it is carried out from year to year until cancelled. To me this is deceitfull and is a sneaky way of charging for unwanted services.

  Do Not Use This Company. Was a loyal paying customer for 5 years. Two months ago I was doing yard work in my yard, when I came inside for a brake, I found a bill on my front door stating that they performed a double service and charged me $125. No one ever came in my back yard (I was ou there the entire time). I checked my Ring doorbell video and it showed their technician pulling up in front of my alley way, sitting there for 10 minutes and then walking up to my door and placing bill on my door. I called the company livid asking them to close my account. They told me that they would close and wave fees. A month later I got a call from them stating that they changed their minds and I still owe them $125. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused. I filed a complaint with he BBU and with no avail they are now sending to collections an threatening my credit. I will now file a complaint with the NJ attorney general's office. I tried to obtain the video 2 months later and can only get the "person detected" video of the tech walking up to my door (video in between "person detection" not saved on server). I guess my eyes were also lying to me...that I did see anyone come into my yard at all!!! I don't know how anyone can use a company that treats a long loyal paying customer like this. They are fraudulent and should not be trusted. Watch Out!

  I was their customer from 2016 their services were average. But for the part two years they became very sloppy. This year condition of my lawn went drastically down. I tried to get a hold of the manager, but no success. I cancelled my contract and went with competitor. I have a great lawn now.

  I signed up for aeration/seeding with green lawn towards the end of last summer, and was told they'd be out early fall (end of Sept/Oct) when the soil was in prime conditions for germination. They rescheduled and cancelled twice on me, and didn't come out until the ground was nearly frozen . Suffice to say, I had hardly any growth. They claimed if I wasn't satisfied they would come back out to readdress the issue. I called in February giving them adequate time to schedule me in. Once again, they waited until at this point, it was too warm for germination. Not only that, they charged me additional services of over $60 each visit when I already told them their first application failed. Why would I commit to continue paying them for the program? Stay FAR away.

  Reliable, knowledgeable, professional. Easy to contact office and discuss any issue that you may have. Lawn looks great. I recommend them for servicing the lawn.
