      I have called three times to want to speak to a supervisor and their customer service people do alot of apologizing and there is no person to contact, speak to and because I have paid for the service in full I feel I have no choice but to finish out the season with this company. We were so elated when we got "J", an employee that was meticulous, thoughtful, mindful and always did a great job. Now the company is sending other technicians that do not do the service well and we can't do anything about it. We have expressed our concerns and all we getting is"their policies" explained to us. We asked if we can have the ***** for every service and they told us "they would tried to do that but it depends on this work schedule, vacation, time off, etc". We even were told that in two weeks that "J" would be coming. As usual they say one thing and do another. Last week I got an email that another technician was coming, they never showed and now I get another email today that "L" is coming to do the service. I've never known a company that didn't live up to what they advertise versus what they really do. How can we get a person to respond to our concerns when they have a "generic customer service department" that does alot of apologizing and alot of not listening. I am so disappointed in this company, I even paid for extra services and we don't know if it's being done correctly because we could see that "J" did a great job (through our cameras) and when they send other technicians they are not doing the service well.

      There was an email sent stating a service person would be out on the next day to spray. I sent back an email the same day requesting no one come & we would contact them at another time in the future. We sent previous emails before requesting a reschedule, that same day they responded back. However, when we sent email to hold off they sent someone, we were not home, but got an notification on my camera someone was there. I immediately called & informed her of email asking no one come, also told her we would not be paying. Saw on our account monies were taken out. Called again requesting a supervisor contact us cancelled their future services, she did with a terrible attitude. I took steps needed, now they are sending request for us to pay a ***** We are not responsible for the lack of your company's communication with each other.

      Like a fine clock, Green Lawn Fertilizing is always on time with it applications. Each month the service arrives and applies what is scheduled. You never have to worry if they will show. Each visit comes with a service person who not only applies the treatment to your lawn but a person who stops by informs you what is going to be done that day as well as a detailed summary. Our lawn is looking better with each applications!

      My technician took the time to introduce himself and explain what type of treatment I was receiving on the first day. And also answered any questions or concerns I had. Our lawn is looking greener already after just one treatment.

      This company is very customer oriented. The employees that come out to service our yard are friendly, knowledgeable and sincere when they speak with us. They also take the time to answer questions and address any concerns we may have,The office employees are also very customer friendly.Its hard to find businesses that have high customer standards these days!
