    As a former driver for Rover Transportation, a Krapf company, I had an experience
    there that might interest certain readers. I thought Rover’s track record of child safety
    left very much to be desired. One of Rovers customers was a local pre-school at which
    the average of children’s ages seemed to be about 3 or 4. For a significant run of years,
    Rover sent multiple busses there per day without any bus monitors despite having
    knowledge that monitors were explicitly required by the government. The loophole
    they exploited was that the pre-school in question was required to provide these
    monitors but managed to wiggle out of it somehow or another. The pandemonium
    and child recklessness on these runs was not easy to describe to those who haven’t
    seen it firsthand. In my opinion, a company supposedly steeped in C.O.R.E. values
    and ceaselessly promoting itself in the media turned out to be shortcut artists about
    safety where it improved the bottom line. If the BBB has granted the Krapf Company
    an A+ rating, I hope to present an alternative point of view as far as Rover is concerned.
