Called mid July for one night for a 3 night stay at the campground. Never gave me a receipt or sent me an email. Or even bother to tell me on the phone of any type of information. Just took my money and said, okay... You're part of the party that Robin put together which is like 5 campsites together. Thanks. Online their cancelation policy is more than 48 hours in advance. I called On July 28th to cancel and my reservation wasn't until the 7th of August. The man on the phone said I needed to call 30 days before the day of my event, which was not true. Because it doesn't state that on their website (I have proof and screenshots) he offered that the manager call me back. Which she did, and she was completely rude and obnoxious on the phone. And stated that everything was sent to Robin who was the first person to call in our party of 5 campsites next to each other. Being an annual camper. I know that that's just a soft hold on the campsites and she waits for each person to call and be able to pay for their specific campsite. I asked my sister Robin and she said no, she never got an email. then I called back and the manager rudely told me that she was not going to refund my money because I didn't call 30 days in advance. I said that I didn't even set this up more than 30 days in advance. Their website says 48 hours. And I was calling on the 28th of July to cancel something for the 7th of August. I told her she was unprofessional and she said "whatever" and told me there's no money refunded. And hung up. After that I called 3 times on three did days and demanded refund and callback on voicemail. They never did refund or callback. It's 47.00 and I'm disputing with bank. Ridiculous. Unprofessional. I'll never stay there.
