    I placed on order on may 6th. I was not contacted, except by automated email confirmation that the order had been placed. 3 days later i was contacted by an unknown number R + L carriers. I didnt pick up first, but they left a message that they required me to respond to an email waiving the need for a signature in order to deliver. The inital delivery window was on wednesday from 9am to 5pm, so we waited all day, as to make sure the delivery was correct as they made me waive the signature. The delivery day came and went, no delivery. I called and they said that due to the pallette being mispackaged, and damaged, they had to repackage and deliver it that friday, again in a window from 9am to 5pm. 5pm friday came, no delivery. I called and they said the driver was sitll out and they would be there tonight. They arived at 7pm, without calling me, and had already dragged the pallet, scratching my driveway and severing the industrial dog fence wire going across my driveway. ALL of the packaging was damaged, the product was wrong (direct burial apparently means you need 400 dollars more of cement, which due to the delay, we didnt have time or means to pour, further more is NOT a temporary fence as advertised, if it is required to be in cememnt footings.) I called, they are not accepting fault for delivery, nor damaged packaging, or covering the return fee (which is exorbonant due to the 350lbs weight... again, not advertised.) Looking for proper handling and return of product.

    They fully refunded the Item in question and let me keep the parts as remedy for the poor delivery state. I am now satisfied with the company and the product.

    I order one roll of 1 hundred feet deer wire and they ship 2 and charge for 2 and now they want me to pay $73 for shipping it back plus $35.00 for re stock, almost half of the price of the one roll return. I want to send the one extra roll back and I want them to pay for the return back. They sent me 2 separated orders # ******/****** and ******/****** on 6/27/2023 please help me I have no idea why they sent 2 when I order just 1.

    After reviewing our order system and confirming with our payment processor, it does appear that two orders were placed on our website roughly nine minutes apart from each other. Both orders were then shipped and received within their delivery window. I have notes from our customer service that a call was made to them regarding the two orders and that they did provide our standard return policy to you; which would include the buyer paying for the return shipping and our standard restocking fee. We do however understand that accidental orders can happen and we will be contacting the customer to rectify the situation. We will provide a return label and waive the restocking fee for this mistake. We apologize that the customer felt their only recourse was to pursue a claim with the BBB.
