    They never come on the day they are suppose to. They skip us for a whole week sometimes two weeks and wont offer a refund or resolution. When I call them they claim they are passing my information to a supervisor so you feel like they are doing something but you never receive a call. I have been told this 6 different times. Its breach of contract to have people pay for a service then never show up and offer no refund. Thats stealing my money. Everyone in ***************** is having a problem with this company and it sounds like a class act lawsuit might be the only resolution here.

    This company has consistently failed to pick up my refuse on the scheduled day. Sometimes they are 3 days behind! They use the excuse that their truck broke down all the time. Then when they do show up, they don't empty the garbage can completely. I thought waste management was bad, these guys take the cake!
