5 starsOld hard-wired system was installed 2015 by Rampart which was later acquired by Guardian. Called CUST SVC in Sept. to upgrade cameras. Signed contract & scheduled visit. Tech arrived and told me I needed to replace entire fire and safety system because EVERYTHING is wireless now. Big surprise. But the tech was awesome.Review fromLinda K

5 starsMy front door lock wasnt working correctly. ******* came out and fixed it for me and was so nice. He also helped me figure out a few things about my alarm system as well and was so patient. 5 starsI was having trouble with my lock. ******* was able to fix it and also help me figure out my alarm system that I havent used since I moved into my house a year and half ago. 1 starThese reviews are all fake. Guardian Security is a trash company devoid of ethics, morality, decency, and abhorrently maligned with conscientiousness. They LIED to me about the contract I signed, telling me it was for 3 years, it was for 6, I was busy moving into a new house and did not read the agreement, but I should have to. LIARS. Later, the cheap, garbage equipment they installed need to be moved to a new house, they charged me $500 for a wall panel and a single, cheap, I cannot express just how low quality their hardware it, camera. All so the "technician/installer" could drills holes in my house and not properly seal them. I had to go behind the guy, and do fix his "workmanship." After that, the camera stopped working, and they wanted to charge me $300 to replace it, with the same garbage model!!! I outfitted my entire house with solar powered, AI driven smart cameras, a doorbell camera, and localized recording storage base for $400, that also integrates with the ***** home monitoring function. After this, I called to cancel service, and the manager was extremely condescending; he lied directly to me, then continued to tell me I HAD to pay them $250 to end service because they needed to "recover losses." You people are trash. DO NOT-I REPEAT-*DO NOT* DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DISREPUTABLE, MORALLY DESICCATED COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THERE ARE BETTER, CHEAPER, AND HIGHER QUALITY OPTIONS. I am sorry for the difficulty that you are experiencing. Guardians authorized dealer consulted with you on your security challenges and handled all aspects of the sale, including the cost of the installation and negotiation of the terms of the Sales and Installation Agreement and Monitoring Agreement for both of the residences you mention. The term of the agreement was for 60 months/five years. From the time of installation on, Guardian has provided 24-hour a day monitoring of your system by the trained specialists at our UL-certified monitoring centers. Our ongoing service provided alarm signal monitoring and notification to first responders on your behalf when emergency situations arise, based on protocols that you have established with us. These services were formalized through a contract signed by you and our authorized dealer. The agreement serves to protect both you, the sale and installation company, and Guardian by defining services to be provided, rates, terms ,and obligations. The contract also identifies all conditions such as an early termination fee that may apply if you wish to cancel prior to the end of the initial contract period.
