DO NOT LET MEYERS LAW GROUP REPRESENT YOU. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU BROKE AND DEFENSELESS THEM THREATEN YOU. This law group, my attorney was ********* ********, was by far the most unprofessional law firm. After wasting almost $15,000 for divorce and custody they abandoned me. I received my divorce decree and my settlement order but the form suddenly dropped me after I inquired about my QDRO, to receive my settlement, and removal of my name from the mortgage. They claimed I didn't pay but i had money in escrow that was going to be transferred, $50. Then they had the audacity to try to charge me for them dropping me. This happened in December 22/January 23. I found out shortly after that the settlement was all messed up and what was promised me is not what I was going to get. Then I tried to get another lawyer and they said it was the worst settlement they have ever seen written and it would be another $5,000 to fix it. I left my exhusband with $32 to my name and gave been struggling ever since. The worst thing I did was hire Meyers law group. It is 11 months later and I still have no settlement money and opposing counsel continues to play games. They promised to protect me, instead they raped me of all my money and left me defenseless when they messed up. Now my ex is trying to get primary custody to reduce his child support but I have no way to fight due to their extreme neglect. I have no money for a lawyer, am still living with the debt of the divorce, and make too much(barely enough to live) to qualify for assistance. This complaint includes only a small fraction of all of the unethical behavior perpetrated by this law firm. DO NOT LET MEYERS LAW GROUP REPRESENT YOU.
