      This company has charged my bank account without my permission. This is a fraudulent charge. I have no account with this company.

      Hello,

      Thank you for contacting me regarding your charge of 14.99. After running a search in our system it appears there are two accounts under your name. One through adameveplus.com where a membership was signed up for 29.99 and then it was cancelled. The second account was for elegantangel.com where a membership was purchased for 14.99 12/17/2024. When a membership is signed up for the billing automatically continues in the next month. Hence the charge for 14.99. I put a cancellation in for you so you are not billed any further. The email on the accounts also match the email you used in your contact information for the BBB. So if this is fraud that you are claiming you may want to make sure you change your email or email passwords to be safe. Additionally if this is we suggest that you contact your bank and report this as fraudulent charge. If you have any further questions or concerns please let me know.

      refund two shipping charges from "Split" order

      Hello,

      I understand the nature of your complaint and would be happy to explain why you were billed for the shipping and why you are not eligible for a refund. The shipment method selected was UPS Ground which does not qualify for free shipping and if items are not in stock that you added to your cart you will be charged the shipping for when those items ship. During the check out process you are informed of this information. I created a mock order on the website and took a screen shot of the check out and attached it to this correspondence as a reference. If you have anymore questions in regards to the matter please let us know.

      I purchased several items from this company and was supposed to receive the items around the 9th of April. When I didn't receive them I proceeded to contact the merchant and was told to call back after 21 days. when I called back they told me there was nothing they were going to do and to take it up with the mail delivery system. I'd like a refund or to send me the items I ordered. Thank you

      I sincerely apologize that your order was handle this way. I would love to assist you further in this matter however I need to know the order number or the names of the movies in question so I can verify which order you are talking about. If you ever have any issues like this in the future please feel free to ask to speak a supervisor or the department manager. It should have never have been handle this way and I am so sorry for that.

      This business has shipped products never ordered by this household on two recent occasions. The first incident of unsolicited package/merchandise was around 12/18/2021. The packages are shipped via UPS, with no means of identifying what business it originated from, forcing you to have to open the package. Thus we are no liable for return shipping if not returned within 30 days. First package was returned by USPS, my expense, with a not to not send to this household and to remove all electronic information of this household. Extremely unscrupulous business practices, by shipping these types of products to households which were not ordered or sought by the household. A second package w/different product arrived on 3/21/2022. Business obviously is ignoring my request and is continuing to send unsolicited/ordered products to this household.

      I am sorry that you are receiving our products to your house. We would never intentionally ship products to a house that did not order because that would lose us money on our part. Additionally we do not include return labels in any package but we are always happy to mail one or email on to the customer. My thoughts are that possibly the address was enter incorrectly. If you happen to have more information from the invoice I will be able to investigate. I would need a name and order number from it. If there is any additional information you can provide please let me know so I can look into this.
