    I sent a product I purchased from calchipconnect that was defective they agreed to refund my purchase I sent the item back to them it been over 2months now it was only supposed to take 2to4 weeks and I just get the run around everything I email them I'm waiting for 3,650 dollars and at this point it appears that they are stealing my money and im furious

    11/02/2021 I paid $99 to be on a waiting list to purchase products off their website. Once I get an opportunity to purchase an item, the $99 was suppose to be used as a credit to that product. It looks months for the product to become available. I, then, changed my mind and no longer want the product. I never purchased any products and the $99 is suppose to be credited back to my account. I have filled out the forms they sent to me and gave them all the proper documentation they requested. They said they are still reviewing my request and I keep writing to them. I have been writing to them repeatedly since June 2022. I keep getting emails back saying they have received my request, but I have not received the credit to my account. I have filled out the request form multiple times and have sent multiple emails. They won't refund my money.

    Two *** miners ordered on 05/11/21 (May 11, 2021)Rak miners never received. Deceptive behavior and fraudulent refund process by Calchip. Order # ***** Order # ***** Total cost: $507.84 USD x 2 1) Requested refund multiple times through ******************************************************* * No Acknowledgment / follow up from Rak - no email confirmation either - I've been requesting a refund since August of last year. I stopped attempting early this year when Calchip finally decided to ship out the miners. Why have a refund process when the process itself is an entire lie. Calchip decided to ship anyways regardless of numerous refund attempts.Calchip lied in regards to their refund process.2) Order shipped by *** and shows as "delivered" on July 15th. Item never arrived 3) I contact Calchip for updates, they claim *** delivered the package. Upon inspection of *** delivery claim, fake signature and delivery in a completely different address shown. Package never received. 4) At this stage, I've been in limbo with calchip support for months saying that they are "waiting on updates" or "figuring it out with ***". I don't know if this shipping update is a straight up scam, or if they literally sent the package to the wrong address in an entirely different city. I'm tired and just want my money back. Calchip is a scam organization that has been deceitful from the very beginning. From lying about shipping times, to an outright fraudulent refund process and now still no package in hand. The amount of money they're spending on their support team to deliberately drag out refunds, they could literally just issue us our refunds.

    I placed an order (#*****) on May 25, 2021. For what has now been over a year filled with multiple excuses, one delay after another, I submitted a request to have a refund on June 10th where I was forced through a process seemingly intentionally overcomplicated and unnecessary. Finally on June 24, 2022, my order was recognized as cancelled, which per the confirmation page referencing the return/refund policy, they will cancel the order and submit the refund. They cancelled order, but no refund.The process for a refund is very suspect requesting proof of purchase, government issued ID, and scanned images of the front and back of my credit card if I want my card to be credited. Additionally, my receipt for proof of purchase is still online on their website making this all the more concerning and is raising a major red flag. So I instead opted for my refund to be mailed by check. Reluctantly, I did send my ID verification (license) and proof of address which I am now regretting. I also sent the copied receipt for the proof of purchase attached to a 'special form' from their site. After jumping through these hoops to get a refund for a product I never received over one year later, with proof of purchase still on their own website, I follow up one month later for the status of my refund and receive a response stating they had an issue with their payment processor and want me to repeat the same process over again. There was no communication of processing issues when I submitted the request. Only as a response to my follow up email on Aug 5, 2022 after not receiving my refund four weeks later, am I being told this. I replied informing them I would be filing a complaint with BBB. As it stands I have had no response in more than 48 hours, no product which I was suppose to receive last year, multiple delays with the latest being to expect delivery end of Q2, which has already passed, and no refund. Included email correspondence as 1 of 4 supporting documents attached.

    I ordered a *** miner for $449.42 from CalChip Connect on 05/27/2021. The company kept making excuses for repeatedly moving the shipping date back for this item. As of 05/16/2022 I had not received my order, so I cancelled it and requested a refund. After twice filling out and submitting the required documents and forms, I have not received the refund. It is now 3 months I have been waiting. This is a terrible way to conduct business. Several of the requested documents that CalChip requested are of a personal matter and since I've lost any trust in this company, I'm not sure what they need all this info for, and what will happen to it. I have sent several e mails to the company requesting my money to be refunded, but I have not received it. After looking at this companies complaints it appears that this is a common issue with them. This is absolutely ridiculous! I have been more than patient with CalChip Connect. No more excuses, I want my refund now! Note: I have copies of all correspondence with them and also copies of receipts and credit card statements showing purchase date and amount. All are available to BBB if necessary for this complaint.

    On April 29, 2021 I purchased a '*** Hotspot Miner v2 and Outdoor Housing, order number *****.The business claimed Covid related delays on shipping, with continual delays, and quarterly updates that continually pushed the delivery date into the future. I still had yet to receive the product 14 months later, and submitted a refund request through their website, providing all the necessary documentation and personal identification information. Subsequently, the order was marked 'CANCELED' on July 5, 2022.It is now 1 month since the order was canceled but I have yet to receive any credit or refund. They are also unresponsive to email and phone requests.

    On 5/1/21 I placed a pre order for a *** ****** hotspot with an estimated delivery of 6-8 weeks.  It’s now been over 14 months, I’ve reached out countless times via email, I’ve filled out their special refund request form( which required personal information they absolutely did not need) but I have yet to receive a response from the business. At 1 point they were offering to replace the order with a different hotspot but they were charging 2x what other companies were charging and requiring adding more funds. This business is a scam. I want my money back and if I had it my way this place would no longer be allowed to operate

    I bought two products from this company, awhile back. Sunce purchasing I have received nothing, they keep on saying they are back ordered and that they were working on it and nothing happens. I message the company and try to reach out and nobody answers. Overall I feel scammed and hopeless.

    Product was purchased 5/21/21. Company kept extended delivery date. Last delivery advisement was for Quarter 2. This was posted in March /April of 22 . It is now Quarter 3 with no product delivery

    Simply put, I ordered a *** Helium miner online on May 21, 2021. Paid $459.85 via credit card, and the company got my money immediately. Because of supply chain issues and COVID complicating the matter, we were told the unit would take about 5 months. Then another 5 months. Then in March 2022, we were notified that my batch would be fulfilled before or during Q2. Well, more than 13 months after purchase, and with Q2 gone as of today, STILL NO PRODUCT!We were offered opportunities for a refund, but held onto our purchase since we really wanted the unit. The first few months, WEEKLY shipping updates came via email. Then early this year, it became monthlyand then NOTHINGno updates anymore. My order remains unfulfilled on my account, with no projected date of delivery now. Says on their website to use their shipping calculatorbutSURPRISE!THATS NOT BEEN UPDATED EITHER! They say NOT to contact them to ask where your order is..and to use their bot assistant thats as useless as anything else on their website.Too late to dispute charges too since its passed the deadline. Ive read with disgust as other customers who have opted for a refund, not receiving anything for weeks or monthsor ever!At this point, I WANT A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY! Ive waited long enough and Im not going to wait another few months TO GET MY OWN MONEY BACK!I call scam! Buyer beware!!BBB, please help me get in touch with a LIVE PERSON who will process my refund immediately! My order number is *****. Thank you.
