These people are scammers! Dont buy a car from them! They sold me a vehicle that already had transmission problems. When I took the car back to the dealership for service every single time. The car needed an oil change. The mechanics are faulty and are not experienced enough to work on cars. As a result Im out of a car.

We were looking at a car at this dealership and liked it after finding out that the car had a bubble on the front right tire, the salesman has told me that they will replace the tire and clean the car before we would buy the car so we came back the next day, car was clean and the bubble was gone. After I took the car on the highway I started noticing that the car would shake on high speed and I wasnt sure what it was at first. Went to a mechanic to find out that the car has a bubble on the tire front left again but on the inside of the tire. Basically they flipped the tire to make it look like the problem was fixed. Spoke to the salesman and they started telling me that I did it and that they installed a brand new tire for me which is complete bs it was a used tire and I told them about it after that they started backtracking and telling me that it was used tire that they installed. My family could have gotten seriously hurt over this stupid tire that dealership wanted to save couple hundred dollars over it. I would never use this dealership and will be pursuing the dealership for their negligence.

while I did not purchase a car I wasted a considerable amount of time at this dealership looking at, test driving and inspecting a vehicle. I made it clear before we started what my niece could afford including taxes, tags and fees. the sales rep made it clear that the tags and fees would be $730. plus 8% tax on the car for ************. That was acceptable. After inspection we brought up a major dent in the back hatch which the rep stated they would fix. We left and came back to close the deal that's when the sales rep brought up the $1400. dealer fee which comes with perks like a warranty and free service but that he would discount the fees (meaning we won't get the perks and now will not fix the dent in the hatch. All I asked was for to discount the car $200.00 for the dent and we'd have an accord the rep refused. We walked away. The next morning I get a Nast call from this dealer for a bad review. DON'T RECOMMEND THEM!

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding My Range Rover Sport Purchase Dear Cars Index Customer Service,I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent purchase of a Range Rover Sport from your dealership. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring several issues to your attention.1. Misleading Information:As an out-of-state buyer, I relied solely on Brandons word regarding the cars condition.I believed that the vehicle would be delivered in good condition based on his assurances. However, upon receiving the car, I discovered multiple scratches that appear to be older than a week. Despite sharing photographic evidence with *******, he insists they occurred recently. This discrepancy is unacceptable.2. Mileage Discrepancy:The contract stated a mileage of ****** miles, but the car I received had over ***** additional miles. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about transparency and accuracy.I expect a clear explanation for this discrepancy and a correction if necessary.3. Overcharging:The sales price listed for the Range Rover Sport was $43,999. However, ******* charged me $46,655, which is $2,666 over the agreed-upon price.I acknowledge that we previously agreed to add $***** to the asking price and an additional $650 to the purchase price for delivery. However, upon reviewing the calculations, it appears that the total exceeds the agreed-upon amount by $*****.This overcharge is both unjustified and unacceptable. I demand an immediate refund of the excess amount ******** refusal to acknowledge the pre-existing scratches and his lack of cooperation in addressing the issues have been extremely frustrating.Furthermore, when I requested information about his upper management, he declined to provide any details. The car was delivered in a dirty condition, which is unacceptable for a premium vehicle.

BUYER BEWARE - Bought car 12/18/23. I sought confirmation beyond the "clean carfax" that it had no accident hx. It was dark so I didn't notice that the driver's side door was slightly darker than the rest of the car. My local mechanic looked over the car & found significant front-end damage that was obvious at inspection: “front bumper bent up, not aligned with fenders, kinked against bottom of headlights, left front fender not aligned with door, air conditioning condenser crushed, radiator support bent, shrouding rubbing radiator, upper engine cover bent up, hard to get hood open, tires all different and need to be the same, other damage behind bumper needs to be examined after bumper removal, this is considered frame damage at auto auction." When the dealership "fixed" the front-end damage, they wouldn't provide a service report. I asked them where the bumper repairs were done and I was told, "I don't know. We use a guy. He did them. Call the dealership." I sent several text and email requests for the service report and no one responded. Shortly thereafter, all of the dashboard lights (engine, electric brake issue, etc) came on and the front right speaker started going in and out of audio. I took it back to my mechanic, who couldn't get the car to go in reverse. It would go back into park when he took his foot off of the brake. I've gotten stuck in several public parking lots when the car wouldn't start - for no known reason. The salesperson and the finance manager knew I needed a safe vehicle for my young kids. Instead of ensuring that I was sold one, they sold me an overpriced service package because "expensive cars need expensive repairs." The Hosham police and the PA attorney general's office have been notified. If you bought from them, I encourage you to do the same. They buy cars off auction, misrepresent the vehicle history by making their own repairs w/o reporting them to carfax and then sell the vehicles and service packages at inflated prices.

Terrible experience. I purchased a vehicle in September of 2023. It’s now January 2024 and I still don’t have license plates. The paperwork was sent to the wrong DMV. Then they had to wait for it to be returned so they could refile it. I was told at signing that it would be done for me. At one point I was given the option to go to the DMV myself (and hour and a half away) or have them continue to work on it. I said I’d like for them to handle. It’s been almost 4 months with an “in transit” plate. A few weeks ago I got a text saying: can you get to the dmv? Was told this would be another 6-8 weeks. Something is fishy. I’ve asked for the GM to call me. No reply.

Victoria Hanes copy of registration attached. As mentioned previously, the DMV was backed up. It was not the dealerships fault.

Flew from Georgia to pick up a pre purchased Jeep from auction. The address we were given for pick up was 345 York st. The sales manager says the Jeep is not there, it’s at another location and they’re closed. So we are stuck paying for an uber and a hotel. The next morning we go to the second location and are told the Jeep was on the way from a different location. Then a sales manager tells me the Jeep is not on the lot and the keys are missing so he has no idea. We are stranded in Philadelphia with a bill of sale on a vehicle the dealership sold after it was already paid for. I am disgusted. We were offered COFFEE OR SODA while WE figure out what we’re suppose to do. 6 Uber rides, 2 hotels and 2 flights later, we are out thousands of dollars for this trip and no vehicle.

We appreciate your feedback. This vehicle was purchased through the auction, not the dealership. The keys to this vehicle have been missing and per the auction, the buyer must call the dealership prior to picking up the vehicle. The buyer did not call the dealership for confirmation to see if the vehicle is ready to be picked up. Unfortunately, the car was not ready for pick up due to the keys being missing therefore the auction cancelled the sale and the dealership had to pay a cancellation fee. Please reach out to the auction with any questions or concerns and collect the cancellation fee. Thank you.

Excellent service! John was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns regarding the vehicle and buying process. I would definitely recommend this dealership when shopping for a used vehicle! My first phone call to driving my purchase home was an exceptional experience and when I am in the need for another car, I plan to return, thank you so much! Call John today and drive a vehicle home! I’m very happy!
