5 stars****************************************************************** team was excellent. Scheduled me quickly for filter issue, and the technician was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Fixed the problem quickly and provided helpful information/instruction for the future. In the past, they have also corrected mistakes made by other pool service companies *** used for pool open/close. They know all pool equipment well and wont try selling you unnecessary parts or services. Would highly recommend.Review fromShaheen M

1 starWorst decision I made was to go with this company. They have been nothing short of false promises and terrible scheduling. I signed a contract last August 2024. Had so many issues with the sales person drafting a contract that was not in line with what we discussed or proposed. For example wrote it as a chlorine pool rather than Salt water. I almost walked away losing 5K deposit but proceed after being told that we were on track after the project manager quit by one the district managers. So I proceeded. The Pool was poured and ready in mid November of 2024. They rushed me to sign a contract telling me that I should be ready by memorial day weekend. Well delays and delay. They tell me they are behind because of weather well most of March and April where beautiful weather that was not utilized. Meanwhile I know of someone that used them and signed contract after me who were already in their pools by memorial day. The nightmare continued through the whole process and now it is mid July and I still do not have my auto cover installed even though in March they rushed me to pay for additional stone work that I had asked for. The pool was plastered and water in the pool only three weeks ago late June 2025. I had several times asked them to schedule and line the contractors and they just always ignore me. No one answers calls and no one actually thinks ahead. Contractors show up at my house without me knowing when they are coming. Most of the contractors are no local and drive far distance to ********. DO NOT USE THEM and save yourself the headache in one of your biggest investments you will make in your home. Now hopefully I don't have to deal with them for any warranty issues otherwise I think I will end of up court/mediation with them.

1 starLook at the reviews they dont lie ********************************************** I shouldve never used this company from the beginning the first problem I had I shouldve just sued them. This is the worst nightmare in building anything a pool should make you happy not stressed.Ive been so stressed dealing with this situation since day one I had to use another ************ to renovate my pool but let them do the plaster because they gave me a deal and I fell for it like a sucker $6500 to replace on my pool with a real plastic job course $10,000. My pool is ******** shouldnt cost that much at all but the warranty is always a scam unless you have sufficient proof and paperwork to prove them wrong they wont send nobody out to fix the problem. I shouldve sued them the first time like I said if you wanna enjoy your pool, go with another company if you want to stress for years to come use them?Loss:$76500 Cons:Suck Preferred solution: Full refund User's recommendation: Dont use 1Review fromPeter C

1 starAnthony & Sylvan Pools Poor Workmanship, Warranty Denial, and Disregard for Accountability Four years after installation, our pool began falling apart: hundreds of tiles came loose, the wall behind them deteriorated, and leaks damaged the surrounding deck. Multiple engineers confirmed the cause was poor materials and delamination not customer ****************************************************** denied our warranty claim and refused to take responsibility. It took hiring an attorney and posting a public review just to get their attention. Their eventual response included a partial repair offer, but only if we signed a non-disclosure agreement and removed all negative reviews.This was a high-end job that shouldve been backed by quality and service. Instead, they dragged things out for months, focused on legal positioning rather than fixing the issue. Their priority was clearly protecting their image, not standing behind their ******* our experience, *********************************************** deflects blame, avoids accountability, and relies on legal pressure to silence dissatisfied customers. 1 starWe had a gunite pool originally installed in 2017. We had to have it replastered in 2018 which was disappointing. Now in 2025, we have had to redo the coping and pool tile due to the poor installation and water seepage behind the coping. AND we just learned while this work was being done that the bond under the plaster didn't hold, the floor of the pool is cracking and the walls are hollow. So we are going to have to have the pool completely replastered. All after only 7 years due to the terrible work done by ************************************************ Absolutely, unacceptable! Strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!Anthony & Sylvan Pools

5 starsOur pool turned out exactly how we pictured it. *********************************************** provided great customer service, and our project manager, ******, was a pleasure to work with. He was very attentive throughout the process and made sure everything was done how we wanted.
