    Early March of 2024, I called the office of Tree of Life *************** Services and spoke with ************************* to receive an estimate to remove trees at my residence located at 1915 ************************. On the morning of March 11, 2024 ***************************** viewed the tree removal work at my residence. The same day, I called the office and spoke with *************************. I mentioned to her that I would be interested in using their company, however I would need proof of liability insurance as well as a contract including all the line items listed in an email that I would send her. I provided this list to her on March 11th. ***** provided the 3 various contracts based on time needed to complete the job. I signed the contract and sent it back to her via email. Tree of Life began work on April 15th, 2024. At the end of the 3rd day, I received a call from *****. She stated they would need an additional day with the crew and the crane to complete the job. I verbally agreed to add on an additional day to complete the job. After the 4th day, the job was still not completed. I requested a final invoice from *****, and was told the remaining job would be completed at no additional cost. On April 26, 2024 I received an email that there was internal miscommunication and I would be billed for any additional work. I spoke with ***************************** on the phone, stating that I am not responsible for any additional payments per our contract. I made attempts to compromise and complete the job. I sent my proposal to ***** via email on May 10, 2024 and a certified letter on May 16, 2024. To this date, I still have not received a response or any efforts to complete the job.
