    Horrible customer service. Their website explicitly states they offer claim services for property damage. I had an irresponsible driver hit my front yard, severely damaging one of our trees and three shrubs. I called for an honest estimate. I was met with a belligerent tone and was told, "I'm gonna make this real easy for you...this request is not worth my time. You're just after a money grab for insurance purposes. I'm gonna make this easy for both of us and say a hard pass," and hung up on me. Really? Come on BJ Tree Service. Do better.

    I wish an apology could clear this up, but no whole heartedly that is not the case. I do not condone nor tolerate the treatment you received that day and the employee at fault has been taken care of. Unfortunately this situation impacts our company on a whole and not the individual that caused the malice. I, as an owner will bear the negative words and do my best to be sure it never happens again. Sincere apologies and regrets.

    Paid $125 deposit on 9/9/25. Service date scheduled 9/16/25 between 1-2 pm. No show. No return phone calls after several attempts.

    Our crew was there on the day we scheduled the work. They removed the tree and cleaned everything up. You even paid the invoice after we communicated that the work was completed. I kindly ask that you retract this review or update it as a result of knowing differently that we did do the work timely as we said we would. Please and thank you.

    Overall great job. The contractor provided a quick estimate and performed all the work as agreed to and kept to the estimate price. The crew was competent and courteous. The yard was cleaned up into the same condition it was found in.
