  I paid $150 of my $148 past due balance in cash to *s. * then later withdrew from the center. Brightwheel is not showing that I paid anything, as I was told it would be taken down to 0$ and I was sent a paper in the mail. I have the physical receipt also. So im owed $2

  This letter is in response to the letter I received from the Better Business Bureau, concerning Ms. ***** ***** who made a complaint against our *************** Happy Tots daycare. Ms ***** had enrolled her two children into our daycare, the children names are ******** and Azenah.

  Ms ***** tuition was paid to us thu a funding program called Early Learning Resource, through this program she was to pay a portion of her tuition, which was $44.00 per week.  We also have program for all of my parents to pay their tution payments thru an app called Brighwheel, the parent are responsible for putting their credits cards through this app.  Ms ***** was also enrolled in this app, so every week or every two weeks which ever the parents preferred, Bright wheels will pull their tuition from their credit card to pay, their child's tuition, that money goes directly into my business account.  For weeks everytime they would try and pull the money out of Ms ***** account it was declined, so her balance had reached the sum of $408.61, which made us Ms M's Happy Tots to tell Ms ***** she could  no longer bring her children until the balance was paid.  After weeks went by and Ms ***** ask us if she could bring her children back, but she didn't have the full amount to pay, Ms ***** said she had $150.00 in cash, so trying to help her we told her she could bring her children back, we deducted the $150 from her tuition leaving her balance $258.61, which Ms ***** ***** owes us, we do not owe her anything.  Attached are copies of the invoices showing the balance that Ms ***** owes.
