    Surgery performed on my wife on 10/23/2024.Apparently Anesthesia Advantage of DE, PA performed the anesthesia We received a debt collection notice (attached) without ever having received a bill They also never filed a claim with our insurance I have tried calling (never answer and VMs are not returned) and contacting via email with no response Would like them to file a claim with our insurance, inform the debt collector this was an error on their part and remove the debt collection notification

    I was contacted on 5/15/2025 by the billing manager who confirmed the debt collection was removed from *****-****** and a claim was filed with our health insurance.  I was also contacted today, 5/20/2025, by the Vice President of Operations who confirmed that the collection had been removed, and a claim filed with our health insurance. Anesthesia Advantage reached out promptly after receiving my correspondence and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.  I consider the matter resolved and thank the BBB for reaching out to the company.
