I really tried to work with the owner but it seems like he did not really want to work with me from the get go. I was really excited to start the song which included everything in the song I posted all the info that was needed but did not have the opportunity to put my own stamp of approval on the song. No real changes where done to the song as the sample I received was not up to my liking. I tried to contact and communicate what was going on but I did not have any luck getting changes done to the song. Unfortunately the owner did not offer any help to change the situation only offered me to pay for a new song. I dont have money just to throw away. He even called me some very bad cuss words over the phone. I am not an a****** *****.

      Business Response

      Date: 06/25/2024

Client ordered a custom song on 6/2/2024 (total order $379). We provided him a free professional lyricist service to assist with his song (value $20). The client opted to pay the $20 for this service after receiving it for free on 6/4/2024. At this point, the customer has paid $397 for a full custom song and a *****************************.

The ***************************** takes the words / lyrics of a client and places them into song format (correct syllable count; verses, chorus, & bridge). We provide this service to assist the client. Unfortunately, the client went back and forth with the company 4 times until he was satisfied with his lyrics (3 times the allowable times for the price of the service). At this point, the client also contacted us by phone, and we worked together with him on the phone for 30 minutes. This is a service called Song Coach @ $49/ 30 min. At this point, the client has received $49 (free song coach) and $60 (3 free professional lyricist services). Total of $109 in free services.

The client then received his sample clip and requested changes. Changes were made and then the final production was sent to the client. His exact response after receiving his final production was " This is great, thank you so much!"  This email has been attached. This is typically how an interaction ends with a client.

The next morning, the client began calling the owner on his cell at 5am and 6am. Eventually waking the owner to say he hated the song and that he wanted more edits and fixes - argued with the owner and threatened to leave a bad review if changes were not made for free. All changes after a final production cost $150 in order to get the production team back into the studio to make any edits or changes after the final is provided to the client. The  client was not satisfied and again threatened bad review and reporting to BBB if not completed for free.
