    It has been communicated with Treasure Island that my child does not partake in dairy products, including milk of any kind. I later found out that they had been serving him milk when I brought it up to the director and the assistant Director, I was told they didnt want to confuse the providers by giving him the milk that I could bring in for him. I also attempted to resolve an issue with our balance, which had been paid for weeks and instead of being able to check and cross reference, the assistant Director told me that I could not bring my child back until the balance was resolved, even though I had provided her with all of the necessary information to review so that she understood his account had been paid up. When we had a conversation about resolving the balance, she decided to tell me that I was angry and aggressive, and she didnt know where it was coming from, and that I must be angry at other things in my life had nothing to do with the issue( micro aggression) For context, I am a Black woman. While trying to help her see the error in the financials, she also made a statement saying that it is not her job to monitor When I get paid and she was doing me a favor, and then proceeded to ask me if my job is paying for childcare why do I still need to pay? None of this is her business and has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I would need to speak with someone directly to inform them of the complete issue at hand, but with so many characters, I cant really do that. I have attempted to talk to the Director one more time when she returned back to the country and she has since ignored any communication so *** decided to escalate the issue.
