    The 1st of March we made contact with J.R. **** Construction company for roof repairs. Upon reaching out and speaking with **** he agreed to come out on March 10th to look at our roof. We agreed to him making the repairs to our leaking roof. On March 11th he came out to make the alleged repairs to our roof. He was paid in full 900$ and we were told to contact the company if we had any issues moving forward because he provided us a 10-year warranty on the repairs. A day or two later it rained, and we noticed leaking again. We contacted **** the owner and he said he would be out to take a look and make the necessary repairs the next dry day. **** never showed nor called to reschedule. We attempted to make contact with the company multiple times, leaving voicemails and text messages but never got a response back. We were beginning to think something happened to the owner. We made contact with him from a different number, and he answered. We were surprised after attempting to make contact with the owner and was unable to reach him for days and weeks at time. We concluded he had no intentions on coming back out to make the repairs. He gave us another excuse about being very busy and forgot to reach out to say he was unable to make it. At this point we decided we just wanted our money back sense the repairs were not made to begin with. We did not feel as though we could trust him after this. He was dodging our calls and text messages and lied about coming out on 2 different occasions. He refused to reimburse us our money. We are senior citizens robbed.
