    Today 08/01/2025 I purchased a pizza from Pizza Hut for carryout. Once I realized it was an error, I contacted them and requested for delivery instead. My needs were met. However; after an 1hr of waiting when I called and asked for a time frame I received an attitude and informed theres no drivers today. I questioned why my order was accepted and charged if theres no order and my food has been sitting there cold. I received nothing but unprofessionalism and an attitude that made me highly uncomfortable. When I asked for a refund, I was informed they could not do one. I asked if theres any other way to have my order delivered to which it was suggested I can walk to get it. Once again, in a very rude manner. Very condescending. I told them I WILL be up there at 4pm for my refund and the lady on the phone said Id like to see you try to get your refund. I had to contact my bank for them to give me my refund which is uncalled for. I had my mother call and they were disrespectful to her as well. I have spoke with other people who reports their ignorance, and unprofessionalism. I also see the reviews online of similar instances. This place needs closed esp if theres rats and mold.

    Order #******** *** *****. I ordered pizza. The order was delivered wrong then ontop of that i called spoke with a manager. He was supposed to be having someone else bring it out. As of 1145 at night we still hadnt gotten the order we were supposed to recieve. I call and the manager tells me were not getting the order at all. He got smart with me.

    This customer was given a refund and her meal was remade without a charge and sent out to her on 4/30/25. I can provide a copy of the reversal slip if necessary.
