    Had a water pump and timing chain replaced by them. Went to them after a few months complaing of a noise in the engine. They replaced an idler pulley and serpintine belt. After that the car started running poorly and a dash light came on indicating the camshaft and crankshaft were not in sync. No longer trusted them so we took the car to a Ford dealer that determined the problem was the crankshaft bolt was reused and should not have been. Because it came loose It ruined the keyway in the crankshaft. Approximately 4,500 mile were driven prior to this happening. As a result of their "repair" the Ford dealer said they would have to replace the engine. A used engine is $6400 installed. We paid Karnuts $2200 to do the original waterpump and timing chain repair. I feel they should be responsible for the replacement cost of the engine. The owner ****** felt no responsibility for this issue. He had several excuses why it wasn't their fault even though they were the ones who installed the crankshaft bolt that came loose.
